1. INTRODUCTION

as a content we create and share with the people. Mainly social media is interchangeable used as
a social networking but both the terms are different in term of their meaning. Within this social
media is basically refers to making connection using a platform by being socialise which can be
performed by sharing pictures, content or video (Gibbs, MacDonald and MacKay, 2015). On the
other side social networking sites Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn provides a platform which allow
people with common interest or goals for coming together and sharing information.
But as per the view point of.., social media is basically a platform which allows people to
share their views, thoughts and feelings with other anytime and at any place. The social media
developed with a concept to provide a platform to people digitally for interacting with people as
per their comfort or choice despite of working about the physical distance they have among

1. Conclusion
From the above discussion, project specification plan is clear and its importance for
conducting study in specified format. When researcher perform study with use of plan, then it is
easy to complete it in specified format. Questionnaire is used for collecting primary information
because this is the way through which authentic and relevant information can be communicated.
When managers are using social media platform for marketing, then it is important to plan proper
training program for workers and there must be use of internet jammers to avoid mis- use of it.
2. Recommendations
In order to use social media platform, there are some points which has to be considered
by managers of Hotel Marriott to get positive outcome as proper performance of marketing
activities. Some of the recommendations are as under-
There must be proper communication with employees through which they cam to know
reason behind using social media and ways to implement it. There are some aspects of
employees as well which has to be considered, hence it has to considered through which work
force engagement can be maintained.
There must be use of internet jammers with the help of employees can not mis- use this
approach and internet cost does not get enhanced. When internet is used for official purpose
only, then it can be easy for managers to understand it and use it for getting proper benefits.
At social media sites, information which is relevant for making operations easy and can
be used by public have to be published at social media sites. When appropriate information is
available, then there is no fear of mis use of information.
If similar research will allotted in future, then researcher have to take care about time
management and mange activities of research in specified format. Researcher can use personal
interview for collecting primary information because this is the best way through which personal
interaction among individuals is possible. There will be use of proper communication strategy
with the help of which teammates are aware about their roles and responsibilities.
