conclusions
From the above research conducted it can be identified that there are improvements
needed in Morrisons for using social media. It will help them to develop and monitor marketing
strategies (Seymour and Hussein, 2014) By this organisation will be able to advertise their
products more effectively. There are several recommendations that can be followed and
implemented by Morrisons in their business operations. These are as follows :-
Hiring experts - by hiring experienced and skilled experts Morrisons will be able to develop
effective marketing strategies. They can use social media platforms to advertise their products.
Developing infrastructure – Morrisons can develop and create their own information
technological infrastructure. It will help them store and maintain customer data. By using this
they can identify customer needs. Also, they can solve customer problems quickly. This will help
in retaining them.

Monitoring website traffic- The websitre traffic can be monitored by implementing systems
and applications. This will enable Morrisons to track movement of customers. By this weak areas
can be identified and improved (Böhm and Motschnig-Pitrik, 2015)
Updating systems and applications- They must be updated with technology so that traffic
monitoring can be done easily. It will also help in finding out markets where strategy can be
implemented.
Therefore, by following this recommendation Morrisons can improve their marketing
strategies. This will help in saving cost. It will be increase their range of advertising. By this they
will be able to attract large number of people that will result in increase in sales and generating
more revenue (Averweg and Addison, 2015). Also, Morrisons will be able to survive for long

and performance
By conducting the research I analysed that research objectives was attained in specific
way. I achieved aims because I conducted research in effective and systematic way using various
tools and techniques. I noticed that the outcomes generated was not very precise. It did not
satisfy me. I could have put more efforts in conducting research. This would have given me
appropriate results. Apart from this, I used project management plan as activities was defined
and have to be completed in given time. I was working in a team so I have to ensure that there
must be proper communication. For this I developed a structure. But I found out that team
members did not coordinate effectively with each other. It created critical situation that lead to
delaying task. This overall affected results and increased cost of research.
I concluded that I played my role effectively. I also allocated task to members if
necessary so that time consumed can be reduced. I developed schedule and gave to all member.
It showed them what they have to do and when. For better utilisation of time I mailed the
questionnaire to employees. They filled it correctly and we analysed data more quickly. This
saved time as well as cost.
