society and nations regarding ethical as well as unethical content. In fact, it is a tool that is
designed to link people from different regions. With the help of this, people can share their ideas,
views, and products in front of the entire nation. However, in recent times it has been seen
certain issues that also arise because of social media which has shaped negative impacts on the
mind of several people. A sensationalism problem is nowadays creating primary concern for the
society because it is a type of editorial techniques in mass media (Ross and Myers, (2017). There
is a tendency of the press to play up and dwell on a specific story that is more sensational such as
domestic violence, kidnappings, and workplace hazards in nursing practices and so on. A recent
news story by nursing times reported that nursing staff on a stoke-on-tent pilot mission were
using Facebook in order to encourage breast screening services. Henceforth, this essay throws
highlight on these issues that is related to the culture.
