Seven Stages of Event Planning
Nizhny Novgorod and Trieste are one of the most important spot in respective country.
As per the view of tourism it has huge scope of tourism attraction. It is important to improve the
tourism in the country to generate profit that can be helpful for the development of company. For
this a musical event was launched and planned to attract more tourist in country. For the
development of event plan different steps are followed. All these seven stages are followed in of
development are social media strategy and planning, social promotion, make most of event,
reach the people who are not able to be their in event, keep momentum in favour of tourism
promotion and measuring and reviewing the event.
Social Media Planning
Social media planning is the best way to perform the promotion of an event. Social, media
provide huge platform to organization to reach to the large number of audience. This can help the
organizer to communicate with more people in the effective manner. Social medial platform
provide the user to promote the event with pictures of place to attract more tourists at place.
Content use for Promotion
For different social medial platforms are used for online promotion for the event that is
used to improve the tourism in cities (Hays, Page and Buhalis, 2013). There is different type of
content is used for different social media site. For Facebook different pictures and videos of
locality and information is posted. On Instagram high definition pictures and posters are used for
promotion. For linked in the pictures and videos are uploaded and tagged with respective people
who are associated with event to make people aware of this event. The different celebrity singers
are called to promote the event by tagging this celebrity in the social media posts that are
conducted for event to attract more guest.
