05.03.2020 1. I have realised that the social media like the Facebook, is a good
platform for sharing information regarding the brands. There are as any
as 2.37 billion users on Facebook and with an advertisement or
information posted on Facebook, a huge number of people can be
informed at once. The information that are available over the social
media consist of the information which is enough to know the culture
and the whereabouts of a work place. All the relevant information
regarding the job, that is the job role, supporting culture of the
organization, the new requirements for the organization are clearly
stated in the information that are available on the social media.
07.03.2020 2. After performing research over the social media platforms and
communications over the social media I saw that there is a lot of strong
communication taking place over there. The evidence of the strong
communication over the social media includes the messages from the
renowned people of the organization motivating people or the different
job roles in their esteemed institution. The way they convey messages,
the way they speak, is a way one can be easily convinced for the
particular subject. This is one of the positive aspects of the social
networking sites. However, I think social media has certainly affected
the interpersonal relationship of an individual.
08.03.2020 3. Yes, they are very professional. I think the social media is not always
used for the purpose of entertainment; instead they are used for the
strong professional purposes of the renowned sectors. While posting an

employment profile on the social media website, all the gory details of
the company, job, location, and approximate pay scale are provided
over there. Brief information of the company’s background, the
feedback of the existing or the former employees can be found over the
social media like linked-in as well. There are options of online chatting
over there, which are mainly used for asking basic questions, and the
answers to which are mostly delivered by the chat bots, keeping the
communication short and timid.
09.03.2020 4. Yes, it does conveys strong work ethics as well. This is because, the
social media platform like the linked-in, or the monster.com, follows
proper work ethics as well. As per the requirement of the company,
they post genuine information regarding the work. Following the
strong working ethics, they do not disclose any personal information if
not mentioned by the employer or the consultancy in the first place.
However, in certain cases the ethical consideration is violated, when
fake jobs are posted on those website and these social Medias post
them without proper verification.
11.03.2020 5. Social media is a place one is free to post opinions about one or the
other; hence, yes there are negative comments against the employees
and the employers and organization as well. I think this is especially
done by ten people who are not satisfied by the services. They are just
willing to express the grievances over the largest audiences of the
world, who are present over the social media. Moreover, the negative

side of the esteemed and renowned institution can be visualized with
the help of these.
13.03.2020 6. Yes. There are number of posts on the drug abuse over the social media
s well. I think youths are the ones who are most influenced by these
things. Social media is a platforms where apart from sharing facts
information photographs and other important things, there are videos of
the personalities getting drunk over the social media to restore their
image on being “street smart” and “cool”.
14.03.2020 7. Yes. There are numerous inappropriate photographs like poaching,
nudeness, and others. However, the social media websites, like the
Instagram, Facebook, and others, responsibly cover the brutal
photographs and ask for the user’s permission before revealing them.
These pictures may not be provocative for all, but these kinds of things
can be unhealthy for the users of those websites.
15.03.2020 8. I think I would rather verify my employer before showing them my
profile over the online media. The social media is under continuous
threats of the fake entities. Thus, revealing sensitive details of my
profile may lead to identity theft. My information may be used for
illegal purposes as well. Thus crosschecking the profile of the
employer such that the information stays safe is important before
showing any details to the employer of the organization.
