Social media knowledge is considered to be of crucial importance for significant functioning
of the business. It is referred to as the key activities through which it is relevant in sharing
knowledge with the collaborative set of online environment (Diaz-Briquets, 2019). Use of the
social media is considered to of crucial importance because it helps reaching out to the large
number of customers. Use of the social media is also relevant in gaining valuable set of insights
and is also significant in growing the brand. Using of the social media is useful in establishing
the brand of the company for being a thoughtful leader. It helps in creating real human
connection and also increasing the website traffic. It is useful in generating the leads which in
turn helps in effectively collecting the analytical data and information related with the subject
matter (Cimatti, 2016). Knowledge of the social media is considered to be highly significant in
order to develop the personal website to effectively carryout the operations efficiently. LinkedIn
is considered to be highly beneficial because it helps in effectively creating the valuable set of
content which eventually tends to benefit the key audience. It is also relevant in making people
aware about the new products and services which in turn has been developed by the company. It
is considered to be highly beneficial to promote oneself and developing strong network. This
eventually leads to improved performance and efficiency. LinkedIn is considered to be
prominent because it helps in meeting the like- minded people and also mainly focuses on
applying the job on an everyday basis (Sousa and Rocha, 2019). It is highly significant in
increasing the visibility of oneself and is a great platform to meet new people and generate lead.
Skills audit questionnaire in turn is considered to be of utmost importance as it is useful in
effectively evaluating the key gaps within my skill and knowledge. It is considered to be highly
significant in effectively interpreting the numerical set of data which can be easily presented
within the graphical form which can be done using histograms and pie charts (Ramia and et.al.,
2016). Skills audit questionnaire in turn was considered to be highly significant because it has
helped me in clearly laying out the skills which ne possess. This is useful in gaining a dream job.
It is considered to be useful in effectively developing the key significant skills. The gaps in the
skills and the knowledge in turn has been significantly analysed by determining the future goals
of the person and also catching up on the future work. Key skill gap analysed are that, I lack
critical thinking ability which in turn is considered to be prominent to solve the problems. This is

useful in improving the business results and outcomes. I also lack interpersonal skills within me.
This is considered to be prominent in effectively interacting with the customers and also dealing
with the large number of people. Development of this skill is considered to be prominent in
solving the problems and also leading the projects in a relevant manner. I also have gap in
computer skills and knowledge (Anthony and Garner, 2016). This eventually becomes highly
difficult to effectively analyse the key set of numerical variables in a significant and reliable
manner.
One of the major weakness associated with me is associated with the self- critical which in
turn affects the individual person. Another major weakness is linked with the lack of confidence.
This eventually leads to difficulty within the area of the expertise. This eventually leads to
impose greater difficulty within the specific area of expertise. One of the biggest strength
associated with me is useful in attaining the leadership and management skills. I have skilled and
diverse set of understanding which helps in the better set of results and outcomes. I also have
collaboration skills which has helped me to effectively carry out diverse set of tasks which is
highly relevant for me. I have good set of communication skills which is highly significant in
interacting with the clients and improve the key results and outcomes. I know how to
communicate with the large number of audience and also present my ideas. This way it helps in
effectively interacting with the large number of audience and attain greater operational efficiency
and performance. One of the major strength of mine is that, I am highly focused and versatile
(Woodcock, 2017). The CV has been effectively tailored for the job role. This helped me
attaining the common goal objective. This helps me attaining high degree of career goals and
leads to improved performance and efficiency. I would like to work as a business development
manager in the retail industry.
The interview with an employer and the additional research with the company in turn has
resulted in evaluating the key requirements for the position. It also helped me develop and learn
key skills which in turn are highly required to gain employment in the specific company. After
the completion of the degree, I wish to work as a business development manager in the retail
industry. This is highly significant to have necessary set of specifications like Organizational
skills, Communication skills, Technical skills, Interpersonal skills, Negotiating skills,
Collaboration skills, Problem-solving skills and Analytical skills (Kealey, 2015). I believe, I
have these relevant set of skills in order to perform my job with greater degree of accuracy and

efficiency. It is important for me to work on my interpersonal skills. However, I have good
analytical skills to interpret the large set of data and attain greater results and outcomes. This
eventually leads to improved business performance and efficiency. This way it is useful in
attaining improved business performance and efficiency. This is useful for me to attain greater
height within the career and leads to high degree of career growth and opportunities. However, I
always focus on embracing continuous set of learning through which it helps me improve and
attaining greater height in the future.
