1. Define Research
Research is a systematic or proper investigation procedure that increases or revise current
knowledge by analysing new facts. It is detailed and a careful study on a particular issue,
problems, troubles which can be done by applying scientific techniques and methods. For
conducting research first, the intention or purpose of conducting research is analysed. It is
collecting, gathering and analysing of data or information (Scott, 2015).
2. What is type of research used?
In this present research article, both qualitative and quantitative methods is being used. It
was seen that in the article, researcher has collected information from both the sources. They also
conducted questionnaire that was filled by wedding professionals asking questions about the
importance as well as usage of social media as well as they also collect information by internet
sources.
3. Which approach of research is used?
Researcher has used inductive research approach in this article. Inductive research
approach is used when researchers have to answer the question of research effectively.
Researcher has conducted research with the aim to find use of social media by wedding
professionals. Researcher has conducted research very specifically in order to reach conclusions
(Deckers and Lacy, 2017).
4. Is this primary or secondary research?
In this article, data is collected from both the sources, primary and secondary. Primary
data are those data which are collected by the researchers through observation, interview etc.
while secondary data are those data which are collected from other sources. In this article,
information is collected from various social networking pages that is data collected from
secondary source (DeCamp, 2015). Addition to this, 32 wedding professionals completed a
questionnaire related to usage of social media.
5. What type of Sampling? What type of sampling method is used?
Sampling is the procedure of selecting group of people from large population. In this
article Systematic method of sampling has been used in this article. Non probability sampling is

the type of systematic sampling where researcher know actual respondents. It cannot be
calculated. Researcher in this article has selected some wedding professionals. It is not
representative sampling (Deckers and Lacy, 2017).
6. Define data Saturation.
Data Saturation means to collect information or data that are of quality and adequate. It is
also known as qualitative research. In order to conduct the research successfully, it is very
important that information or data which are collected should be adequate and effective (Data
Saturation, 2017).
7. What Data Collection tool is used?
In this article, the data collection tool which is used is questionnaire and it was fill
up by some wedding professionals. Questionnaire is only used as because population is large and
it is not possible to conduct interview or observation to collect their views. I think the
information is collected by questionnaire because in this article it is clearly mentioned that 93%
wedding professional said that social media presence is best for company to advertise their
services. 85% people said that company should personally interact via social networking sites.
Thus, it was identified that questionnaire is the tool that is used in this article (Tuten and
Solomon, 2017).
8. How data is analysed?
In this article data is analysed by using descriptive methods. It is the best method to study
the research successfully as it describes the entire situation in an effective manner. Participants
are depicted in this article in appropriate and accurate manner.
9. Reflection.
Yes I agree that the findings in the research was reliable as researchers were able to
produce the expected outcome of the study. The finding of research is able to answer all the
research questions that were framed by the researcher effectively. Furthermore, tools and
techniques that were used in this research study were also appropriate. As the first research
question is usage of social media by wedding professionals and the researcher has able to found
the answer i.e., 93% wedding professional stated that social media presence is best for company

to advertise their services, among which 75% use Facebook and Instagram. Apart from this, 85%
