Australia on behalf of revenues. This group is also well known as the largest retailer of liquor
in Australia and also for providing hotel and bar facilities, gaming facilities. This group was
formed in the year 1924 in Sydney, Australia. At present this group is consider as the
enormous supermarket chain along with 995 stores and 115000 team members.
Discussion:
In today’s business social media plays an important role of communication for the
expansion of business as well as to make some social awareness that make a positive impacts
on business. Through the using of proper channel of communications an organization not
only able to make their social awareness but also able to achieve their business objectives that
influenced in case of their growth strategies. For the Woolworths group it is an important
part of element that influenced their business. As the group is consider as one of leading
retailer in Australia therefore using of social media in their workspace very much influence
the business in case of completion their overall objectives. Through the social communication
system the members of the organization can interact with each other share their innovative
ideas toward overall success of the companies (Royle & Laing, 2014).
