Pinterest engages employees to make some communication between them. The addition of
internal communication and training and a development platform is also important in that
case and that added some effective communication styles and manners for the employee that
impacted on the organisation productivity. The social media has established itself as a
communication tool. This is a part of the communication and this is used for marketing,
public relation and community relation. However, the authenticity of communication in the
internal communication manner is persisted in that case. The idea of employees is speaking
directly to the other employees and the management so that no third party involvement is
there and that impacted on the transparent productivity of the company.
