INTRODUCTION
In an economy there are many factors which affects easy going of the country. This
creates differences among the individuals that harms the mobility of working procedures. For
this reason, it is important to reduce differences between varied sectors who are targeted on the
basis of their race and genders (Li and Heath 2016). When several people are treated different
from that of others ere is inequality in environment which affects them mentally well as
physically.
MAIN BODY
Inequality is an adverse condition which affects roots of a country. There are some social
parameters which are acting as a barrier in social development of an economy. People are
categorised on the basis of their castes, creed, colour, gender, religion and much more. When
people are separated on this criteria, they are bound to restrict themselves from several places
and are looked down eye. In educational institutions like schools and colleges, students are also
separated and are made devoid of their rights to be assessed (Bathmaker 2017). In the same way
they face such inequalities and differences in after life when they apply for jobs or proceed for
their future career and development. In pursuit of this, it can be said that every sector is required
to be equal opportunity so that they can develop and work for their upliftment. For this
government and financial institutions are required to formulate such strategies and policies which
work in this motive. Management should focus on such human resource policies which works for
reducing prejudices and biassed nature with minorities. This will make them bring more
enhanced talent and thus resulting in a developed goodwill of an organisation. All these will
result in enhancing the living standards of individuals and in return to that of country.
Social mobility makes sure that an individual is given appropriate opportunity to
showcase his talents and prove his capabilities (Lessard-Phillips and Li 2017). Along with it
ensures that they are paid equally to that of their companions irrespective of their race or
genders. This should be followed from early days only so that they can germinate good seeds
when individuals grow up and economy becomes a better place to live in. Individuals who have
disability should not be looked down eye rather they are meant to be given equal opportunities
and people who are self sufficient should extend a helping hand for them. Being a powerful
economy in the whole world, United Kingdom is still en rooted with social parameters which is a

major cause that local residents and even migrants are unhappy. As people are not provided
equal opportunities they face issues in meeting out their daily needs and requirements. This has
lead to reduction in their living standards and their income as well (Leung 2017). This has
inversely resulted in increased crime rates which can be seen as theft, robbery, murders, frauds
and others. In view of this the governing bodies of United Kingdom is also required to frame
rules and policies which work in this context to reduce such dissimilarities.
London is considered as an engine room as it is the place where mobility and hoarding of
significant individuals can be seen. As London is working as a hype which leads in showing
major impacts in the economy and as there is huge mobility which is making the environment
sustain heavy challenges. In the country of London there is a need of high upward mobility as
there is incoming and outgoing of huge masses. When discrimination is increased it will effect
the mental health as well as physical health of the minority class. This will reduce their
competencies which will make them inefficient and thus their career will be at stake. For this
government of United Kingdom is required to work efficiently and effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned study, it can be concluded by saying that injustice and
prejudices have led to an adverse effect to economy. To work for upliftment the society and its
people are required to act in favour of intolerance to such social parameters. There is an
emergent need of managing social insecurities by practising social mobility.
