to frame out the method and the way through which certain measures and the living conditions
can be maintained. All these policies are made for the governments and also for the people that
are being concerned in all the areas and nature. This report will covers all the important stages
that are important for the welfare of the state and the importance of the policies that are being
framed from poor law amendment Act.

Before welfare 1834 As in the reform time when their seems that all the parishes at the

the people working and also tends to be same in the country. In order to supervise all the persons

independent labourer program is being made. The workhouse test- their was no relief being given to the workers that are being
working outside the workhouse test. All the workhouse areas are concerned in the better
culture and their implies that the inmates should better facilities and this considered out to
make it out in all the ordinary labour with the reception and providing the incentive to
pauperism.
