I choose this area because through this I understand the strategies which can used in the
human service practice and describe the practices of the others who all walked on the similar
path. Through this area, I can contribute towards my career path which I have influenced by my
parents and expectations of my family. It is because my skills, abilities and capabilities fits with
the practices of social workers and it also align the better coordination among the personal belief
with the legal as well as ethical standards.
There are various factors which influenced me at this stage which are the social factors
which is achieved from the family supports and by peer grounds which always inspire and
motivate me to focuses on the social work practices. The other is the psychological behavior
which is the behavior, attitudes and skills to perform the social work practices (Chenoweth &
McAuliffe, 2017). It is because I believe to being the social workers it can affect my life in
highly positive manner and increases motivation. Therefore, due to various previous experiences
it attracts me to being the social workers and to provide efficient human services.
I want to contribute various services to the poor people to provide them education, proper
treatments facilities. It is because through this I can help the children in developing their career
and provide overall education about their rights and responsibilities. I also want to take strict
actions towards the violence, parental substance abuse and to improving the mental health of the
people through providing them counseling so that they can understand the positive and negative
effects of these factors.
In this journey I want to bring the knowledge of providing equal information, maintaining
equality and support the person to bring moral values so that they follow equal rights and adopt
the belief of respecting the culture and reducing domestic violence.

The social service workers supports in playing specializes role and responsibilities to
provide children care and support the families in providing the education services to educate
their children. The social service increases the connection with the families to provide them the
community resources and other funds in the other state. The worker increases clear line of
communication so that they can share the issues problems which they are facing. In this area it is
estimated that social worker provide health benefits services in providing efficient treatments to
the family members. Furthermore, the social workers support in providing them the
accommodation services and also provide them the counseling and involving them in the
procedure by identifying their problems, setting the goals and objectives through discussing the
problem by according to the needs and requirements of transition families (Scott, 2012). This
also leads in solving the solutions of the problems so that they feel satisfied and live with their
rights in other state.
In my response, social workers has to adopt various skills and knowledge so that
adequate services is provided to the transition family which includes active listing through this
they can understand the problem of the family in effective manner. The other skills are the
critical thinking to think the problems in critical manner by describing the skills, knowledge and
abilities deeply. The main important skills are the tolerance and the boundaries which are set for
the workers to perform the activities and methods so that problems of the family will be solved.
Furthermore communication skills is also the skill which should be adopted by social workers, it
is estimated that social workers adopt the scientific techniques and procedure s that task will be
performed and they also adopt particular approach so that issues which family in transition faced
will be overcome.

The Australian women faced the disadvantage of sexual harassment in the Australian
society, this is estimated that it is increased in twice and the percentage was up to 14.8%.
Furthermore, the women also faced the issue of domestic violence which affects the motivation
of the women and it further give rise to unequal treatments and not following the rights and
responsibilities of women (Alston, McCurdy, & MicKinnon, 2018). In the Australian women it
also face the issue of gender gap that is not getting equal compensation and position in the
organization and furthermore homeless is also the major problems, through which the death rate
in Australia is women is more in comparison to the men. The estimation also revealed that the
women are affected from the mental health and other chronic disease because of more
depression, anxiety and several other dangerous diseases.
For example, the in Australia women are considered marginalises women because of
excluding them from to participate in the political parties and to make decisions in the
organization. Through this organization does not allow women to take part in the top level
positions in the organization. Furthermore, the compensation policies and other structure do not
discuss with them and they become more victimized from the domestic violence due to
considered them highly inadequate and unimportant for the societies. Therefore, through this
women respond to marginalization in highly positive manner by taking part in the activities and
developing themselves through continuously getting education so that they become capable and
have more knowledge to participate in the activities with the men in the Australian organization,
political parties and in several other areas. It is revealed that they become more efficient to
perform all the activities in the Australian society.
