This report presents an analysis of interview data collected from two participants, exploring themes related to social psychology. The study investigates the influence of social factors on individual perceptions and behaviors. The methodology involves coding interview transcripts, creating a thematic map to identify key themes such as family, society, cognitive dissonance, cohesion, and social class conflict, and conducting frequency assessments of these themes and their sub-codes. The findings reveal that participants frequently discussed social class conflict, cognitive dissonance, and cohesion, highlighting the impact of societal structures, personal experiences, and educational environments. The analysis also reveals the importance of factors like teacher-centric systems, socio-economic disparities, and the desire for stronger community support. The research question explored how obedience and compliance in response to authoritative demands can be overruled by shared social identity.
