Social psychology is known as an investigation which includes feelings, behaviour, thoughts

dealing of people regarding the way in which organisations, groups for my society and social
categories understand how to function according to our change. There are different theories
given by sociologists for managing the behaviour of employees within organisation. The
theory followed in Premier inn is balance theory (Ozyilmaz, Erdogan and Karaeminogullari,
2018). It provides explanation about structure of or pinion provided by people regarding other
people whom they are working with. The main motive of balance theory is that there are
certain structures between objects and individuals which are balanced but on the other hand
there are some features in which there is imbalanced structure. As per this theory, it is seen
that when there is increasing unbalanced structures then these are related with uncomfortable
feeling of any negative impact. If employees are having negative feeling, then it will lead to
strife or balanced structure. Premier Inn focuses upon making its employees happy and
satisfied so that there is balanced structure. As this story depends upon the patterns of
interpersonal relations, it helps to enhance the perception of people regarding the functioning.
The following report will discuss about how social psychological factors affect the
functioning of an organisation. For explaining this former examples from Premier Inn hotel
are also mentioned.
