Last weekend Mark visited a children’s home. He helped the children do laundry and he was
seen being conscientiousness. He did not like children hurting happened therefore he was
agreeableness. When he saw a couple walking together holding their hands and laughing he
became neurotic. One person noticed his behavior and decided to talk to him but he refused to
talk about himself. He suddenly changed the topic. He was extraverted and seemed weak.
Question 2
Awarding every child is a good practice as it boosts every child’s self esteem. It is a self object to
a child as they are normal part of development in their lives. Children require such awards to
help them in their development.
Question 3
My culture is equally individualistic and collectivist. I have therefore learnt to respect people
from different races and religion. It has also taught me to be a strong business person.
