INTRODUCTION
Social psychology refers to the scientific study about people thoughts, feelings and their
behaviour which are influenced by imagined, actual or due to presence of others. These are the
one which are generally measurable in human being. In this report there is discussion about the
social psychology which are there in the organisation and able to effect the organisation. In this,
there is discussion about the understanding of social psychology that can help organisational
behaviour. There is analysis of potential conflicts, decision-making and co-operation in
generational shifts that observed in an organisation. There is also critical analysis of relationship
which are there due to generation gap about perception of inequality, discrimination and fairness
within organisation.

Overview of case study
There is description about the change in the organisation and due to this, there are
experienced and valuable employees within organisation. Due to change in the technology which
are there due to up gradation of technology which are there due to up-gradation of technology
with time. To stay in competition there is need to get stay in competition. Organisation need for
the latest technology on which the employee of organisation should work with. In this, employee
don't like the change because of disturbance in their comfort zone which should be there in
relation to provide better training to their employee to understand the use and function of
technology which can provide better business opportunity. To stay in the workplace there is high
need for flexibility which can lead to provide better opportunity to stay in the workplace. There
are different generation of people who were having different soft skill and ready to adopt with
change according to time and technology. In this, there is discussion about baby boomers who
were born in between 1940 to mid 1960s. Generation X were born in between late 1960s to mid
1970s. Generation Y were born between late 1970s to late 1990s.
Social identity at work
To stay in market there are different organisational psychology in which one of the
psychology is to make your employees in such a manner that they can get updated with latest
technology and can use them effectively in relation to provide better and high profit. In relation
to this, there is organisational psychology that there is need for better understanding about the

this, there are different politics which are related with change within organisation. In this, there is
a type of politics which is there always in every situation and this can have negative impact when
there is high number of chances and time spend over this. In this, there is need to take the
responsibility and to engage employees in different activity which can lead to not providing
enough free time to creating negative politics behaviour.
There is social cognition in the society which are there able to get about the people
process and using the information in different situation which are there able to get in an
organisation. There is social thinking that each and every one should have the skill to get flexible
according to different situation which are there in the business organisation.
Power
In an organisation there is central force who have the power to get develop any changes
in their organisation and authority for governing. This is the one in which, there are different
psychology thinking comes in mind of governing body of an organisation in relation to
implement them in better way for development of organisation. In order to get better business
there are different governing body like to implement their strategy as per their psychology that
by using this strategy they can get this type of high benefit.

psychology that when there is any conflict in an organisation then there are generally negative
outcome for that company and which perceived to negative consequences. Conflict occurs when
different people get disagree with any decision. According to case study, due to change in latest
technology which are there able to create the disagreement with the change that is there due to
using of latest technology which has been there not using the latest technology. Due to
introduction of new technology there is different problem to their employee that is they had used
to their normal routine and work. Due to introduction of technology there is need to learn how to
operate that for productive use. There is conflict arises in between higher authority who like to
use new technology for better outcomes and to enhance the productivity and between employees
who don't like change and want to work with old technology. Here, conflict occurs which needs
to solve. Constructive conflict is the one where there is outcomes is positive and conflict for
better decision for an organisation. Destructive conflict is the one which is there due to use of old
technology on which employee were working form long period of time. Which can show the
psychology of destructive conflict.

lead to better impact on business. In this, client project management should have effective-based
trust which is able to create the perception of good quality of the performance of project. In this,
there is threat regarding the change which can lead to disagree about the decision which is
regarding the change. In this there is psychology for employee is that when they get fail to adopt
this technology and work is done by the technology then, there is chance that they are going to
lose their identity which is normal behaviour of employee. There is need to repair the trust of
employee that by using the latest technology there is not going for replacement of their value in
an organisation.
Insight form the organisational behaviour, it can be seen that there are many of the
benefits for the organisation which is there due to adaption of latest technology in their

product better quality product which can provide high benefit for society and organisation too.
