not agree to this statement and on the contrary, strongly believe that whatever they are
offering are in favour of the families as well as their kids and is completely ethical and
normal. This unsocial dilemma of ethics regarding taking care of the family as stated in the
case study has to be in working state with alignment to the contractors and their commitment.
The contractors are supposed to be having share their situations and on the contrary, they
should have been restricting or opposing underage labouring to justify the labour law and
propose for renegotiating the contracts with the company and the contractors.
Analysis of problem
The burning issue of child labour has given rise to subsequent problems regarding the safety
and healthiness of being in a family. Most of the third world countries are suffering through
poverty and unemployment. The lead earning members of the family move out of the villages
and set their journey in search of job to some other locations. Due to unavailability of proper
and healthy resources to live, as well as finance, the rest of the family that consists of women
and children also engages in different companies to become an equal earning member of the
family. In this case, the overpopulation is another big reason that leads to separation of the
family and leading to unwanted human trafficking rackets.
Critical ethical issues
The critical ethical issues arises with the political interference and laws that do not determine
the cultural upgradation and follows the traditional pathway to achieve their desires.
Therefore, the cultural and ethical aspect focuses on eradicating financial crisis through any
terms and conditions. The only option left with these people is to afford earning through any
means and not approaching to a better and healthy lifestyle for their children. The biggest
reason of this situation is unproductivity of the country and that leads to unworthy
circumstances of the region.

Ethical framework
Ethical framework refers to a proper structure of cultural body with values and visions of a
particular society and enhancing their societal practices and economic conditions. In terms of
serving the rising issue of child labour, ethical framework has to focus on enhancing the
lifestyle of people by providing employment, and absconding the fear of unsafe trafficking
and labouring. They should focus on educating the children and providing a better lifestyle to
