PREPARATION
TXO system believes that CSR is not only provided sustainability to the environment but is
also good for long term sustainability of the business. The TXO system’s core CSR activity is
focused on providing benefits to the stakeholders and business (Barry, 2017). TXO system is
a company that is highly dedicated to CSR responsibilities and also to its stakeholders. TXO
system tries to minimize the negative impact on the environment through its business
activities by involving the participation of the customers. TXO has used all the social media
channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc. to attract the customers by
highlighting the CSR activities like recycling 98% of the total materials (TXO, 2019). The
customers are also provided with recycled financial and annual reports. TXO has the aim to
minimize the risk and create new innovative and unique approaches for doing business that
is simultaneously sustainable (Barry, 2017). TXO have certification of ISO 9001, TL 9000 for
producing good quality products, OHSAS 18001 for providing services of that ensure health
and safety, ISO14001 for environment safety, ISO 27001 for information safety thus TXO
systems is engaged into the CSR activities and have been contributing in the sustainability of
the environment. TXO systems have been recycling the waste and the level is so huge that it
is appreciable; the company has recycled 24000 tons of waste and is planning for increasing
this number to a next level (TXO, 2019).

Every member in the team agrees to the fact that TXO systems are contributing in the CSR
activities in a significant amount and that if a company is contributing to the CSR activities it
should be promoted through social media applications. This social media promotion and

and the content is ethical and not provoking for any kind of audience, no favouritism and no
