INTRODUCTION
The report aims to identify the theories and understanding of Social science. It is a
concept of the people behaviours which influencing to others and surroundings. This concept
shows how the society works and in what manner does it impact to people and planet. It provides
detail facts about what makes people happy, indulge in society cultural, voting systems and what
values people creates as by living in democratic country. Therefore, there are various areas
which gets covered in political, economist and philosophies (House, 2021). This report is going
to talk about two topics such as social class and health and well being. These two topics are the
crucial part of the social science which shows the behaviour towards others for the three different
class of people like upper, middle and lower class. The other topic of health and well being is
likely to get most of the concern as how much people are healthy and how much are suffering
and adopting unhealthy lifestyle.

Concept of Social science
The concept of social science is all about how the people live, behave and acts into
society. It shows work disciplines, practices and environment for the public. The study and
knowledge of social science will helps in creating better institution and work practices. It helps
in dealing with human behaviour through creating inclusive environment within social and
cultural aspects. In the modern world, there are various distinct rules has been created which give
rise to work as per the laws and obligations. The social world is quite complex and thrilled which
have a lot of opportunities, traumas, cultural barriers, discriminations, crime and unity.
Irrespective of any particular country, these social behaviour are often similar in every place. All
the elements of social world has somehow impact on the public and the country (Illeris, 2018). It
demonstrates the need for better economic growth, corporate strategies and careers.
The concept of social class is all about the differentiation of the people which the society
itself has created. The people are divided as per the income class group which show upper,
middle and lower class. This could be understand through how the capitalist of the society are
living better quality life whereas, lower class people are taking nominal and inferior livelihood.
This could be understand through applying theories of Karl Max which is named as Marxism:

As per the theories and the theorist, there are various factors which impact on the society
such as social, political and economic philosophies (Warren, and.et.al 2020). In the capitalist
system, the max model of theory is elaborates about the conflicts arises between the class people.
It demonstrate about the capital society which is divided into two parts. It shows that, the
business owners controls on the means of production and the economic goods. This shows that,
the labours are the one who convert the goods and of production into finished materials for
consumable purpose. So that, the labours are the one who put efforts but does not own the factors
of production such as machinery, raw materials and land (Lane, 2018). These are owned by the
capitalist the owners. So that, the business owners playing unfair practices with these labours by
paying them less pays and values at the workplace. In order to earn high profits, they reduce the
wages of these workers which leads to create conflicts of social class and richer gets more richer
and poor gets more poor. Therefore, it shows how class conflicts raising issues in economics
which leads to results in poverty. The mark believes that, the labour and employees does not
have the part invested in the capital which makes them less accountable for the profit share. So
that, these lower class people does not get what they desires (Ross, 2020). Therefore, there are
governmental institution and others who support these conflicts of social science and take the
best actions for it. It creates efforts for providing best jobs and pays for low skilled and factory
workers.
The another topic of the social science is all about health and safety of the employees,
customers and very individual which is related to some of institution. For example, the business
have their responsibility to look for the well being of their customers and employees. The people
are need to be well maintained and cured while working at workplace (Pilon, 2021). It will
shows fulfilment of the social ethics that emphasize on the custom values and dedication. There
are various theories about the health and safety for the society. These theories includes the focus
on hand hygiene, workplace condition, workers acts and focus on the properties to use the
material and consume goods which might affect the health and safety of individuals. Therefore, it
has analysed that, the theories of health and hygiene needs to be taken into consideration for the
best use of products and tools ant workplace. The issue raised when employees get destruct with
many uncertainties and unhealthy workplace conditions in the society (Luyckx, Schneider, and
Kourula, 2022). This is due to the reason about the ineffective tools and techniques used by
corporates to save cost and increase profits. But they are unaware about its consequences on the

organisation reputation. Also, the health and safety towards the public and customer is also a
concern in the social world. The society is the only support which an organisation looks for.
They contribute in the companies products and services so that, they also expect good quality
products in the market so that, it will be consumable and does not harm to any health. These
practices are the important concepts of the social science which leads to enhance the quality and
great living of life. Therefore, there are basic applicability of the theories over health and safety
which are structural and social conflict theory (Mascher, 2019). Therefore, it has analysed that,
the society must be live good, feel good and eat good so that, the future will be secure and safe.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that, social science is an important concept in the social world.
It shows that social science is the theory and practices are required to develop the behaviour of
society. It has shown that, there is need of the essential behaviour of the political, economical
and social factors. The report has identified that, social world is the best policy to encourage
people behaviour and their attitude towards working. Therefore, it has analysed health and safety
and social class. These two topics have covered in their reports which has shown focus on the
upper, middle and lower class of the individuals.
