INTRODUCTION
 Work across organisations to deliver services to people with multiple needs. Working in
collaboration is essential if individuals are to be offered the range of support they require in a
timely manner.
 Multi-agency working is about providing a seamless response to individuals with multiple and
complex needs. Present report will lay emphasis on the key issues that has been faced by
Baby Lola.
 Report will lay emphasis on collaborative working of multi-agency team. It will also provide
details related to rationale of social care tools which has been used by social worker.
 It will also demonstrate of understanding of service user contribution and the importance of
the service user voice in the decision-making process

Key issues in the Case Study that multi-agency team worked on

 The key issues which has been faced by the
baby Lola that she has been a victim of mental
and physical abuse. It has also been analyzed
that domestic violence has also been taken place
with Lola. It has made the child anxious,
depressed and sad. Baby Lola has suffered
emotionally and physically because of all these
type of abuses which are going in her life

Demonstration of understanding of service user
contribution
 If I was the social worker my contribution will be
that I will be engaged in enhancing the
relationship of their parents with the child. This
is because that child can be badly affected
because of the domestic violence faced by them.
There is various types of skills which will be
required to work as the social worker. Effective
communication is the key skill which is required
to maintain relationship with child in order to
know the problems and issues that has been faced
by baby Lola.

Theories and models of social care
 Psychosocial Theory: This theory basically provides the details that individuals
are been developed and adapt behavior according to their social environment.
 The life crises which have been faced by the victim can change the way of one’s
behavior. The social worker can assist on helping baby Lola through this theory.
 The multi-agency team can be involved in analyzing the changes in behavior
that has been taken over by child who has faced emotional and physical abuse.
They can seek how victim react to the world and also with the people around. In
this they can also analyze and evaluate the skills which have been developed by
the child.

Care plan related to the service users needs
The care plan needs to be made by the social workers in lieu of needs
and demands of the victim which is baby Lola. This includes the
following steps:
Social worker needs to assist the signs and symptoms related to mal-
nutrition as physical abuse can do so.
They can also be involved in motivating the victim to follow good
hygiene.
Social worker can be involved in communicating with victim to
know about their thoughts and believes.

information in an unethical way.

CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been summarized that The key
issues which has been faced by the baby Lola that she has
been a victim of mental and physical abuse.
 It has also been analyzed that domestic violence has also
been taken place with Lola.
 Social workers has also been involved in making use of
effective communication to analyzed the exact problem
which has been faced by the victim.
