interventions and support that should be given to child Asam in relation to the family

The care plan by the social worker will determine the placement care that is most appropriate
to the needs of the child, education, health and the contact with the immediate family. The
care placements meets the need of the child that is coming into the care. The care social
workers duties include;
 Review, analysis and preparation of care plans.
 Consultation with the child under them and getting them an appropriate placement
that he/she is cormfotable.
 Taking into consideration the wishes of the family and the child also.
 Taking into consideration the health needs and educational needs of the child.
 Visiting placements inorder to ensure that the needs of the child are met
 Keeping in touch with the child
 Medical assessment and keeping health records of the child
 Planning the professional and career growth of the child.

and a care plan to the child.
The purpose of social work is to provide an opportunity for all people to fully develop their
potential, enrich their lives and prevent life difficulties.
The activity of the social worker is aimed at maintaining, developing and rehabilitating
individual and social subjectness, while the social educator manages the upbringing of a
person in society (Cooper, M., & Lesser, J. G. (2014).
Social workers and social educators deal with the same problems, and their tasks are realized
in the same plane.
