INTRODUCTION
The assessment and management of dementia is termed to be complex and crucial. As it
takes an individual to suffer number of issues associated with it. General health care practitioners
are often the first person to connect and consult for people who suffering from dementia. As
health care and social care practitioners are guided skilled well to provide quality care and
assistance to an individual. The care can termed to be primary and quality care should be assisted
to a n individual. I the following report, there is case of study of a person who is suffering
dementia and suffering from number of issues which are associated with following disease
(Rosenberg, 2017)

Case study
Leone is 27 years old and a qualified social worker. She is fixed a meeting Humerah who
contacted her in regards with her dad. Her dad is dealing with issues of dementia.
Objective

It is important part for medical or social practitioners to implement effective interpersonal
skills that is used to manage tools and performing their services in a effective way. This may
consider to be essential in order to fulfil basic needs and requirements of patients which are
essentials to fulfil. As it is based on the clients and problems which they are facing. As these can
be number of skills that can applied in this case. In relation to this current case of Humerah, it
can be analysed his dad is independent and responsible person and where he rely and require a
basic assistance from the social workers(Altinkaya, Polat, and Barakli, 2020) The condition he
is suffering with contains number of associated issues which can be effective to his mental health
as well. Social workers should consider some important factor to begin the recovery procedure
which are also a effective method used by health care professionals as well. The disclosure of
diagnosis which have elements such as integrate appropriate technologies in the following
observations with a person and their carer. Eduction and support, referral to a specialist for

pharmacological interventions, cognitive stimulation as well as recreation activities.(Kimonis,
2019 )

Communication can play an essential part in this case or in every psychological
intervention. In general, the process of communication and the intercultural communication in
particular basis, and for decoding of messages and the idea reflects people's personality.
According to studies there are several identities has been observed and it is concluded that each
individual debits number of dimension of identities, it is generally depend on the nature and
behaviour of social interaction. Communication is essential and it is major key of learning and
obtaining experiences. People across the globe try to communicate and interact by using their
own language. It can be done with following lady as she can able to express her thoughts, ideas,
emotions to some someone (Royall, Palmer, and Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative,
2019 )
Formal behaviour tend to be of person who do not like jell up or express their thoughts
and ideas to any one. Well it is common in these types if disease in this cases the social worker
implement some different strategy to carry forward treatment. There can be number of personal
views and professional which should follow in this cases. As they reflect major outcomes in well
being life and in the establishment of welfare. The main objective of a social worker is to
conduct welfare and to understand the core of the problems. As there can be number of solution
which can be taken to avoid and reduce the effects of dementia. According to studies it has been
concluded that Dementia can take a quality storage of memory as this is neurological disorder
which can be recovered(Royall, Palmer, and Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative,
2019 )
The strengths and the weaknesses of the interplay/meeting/interview
According to the studies, it has been determined that there are several factors which can
be termed to be strength and weaknesses. It can used to achieve main goal and objective of a
being social workers to establish the welfare and prevent these complex diseases. As the
Humerah's dad is dealing with issues dementia which have been managed and organised as per
the needs. As per studies, it has been determined that the communication and meeting people and
their loved ones who are in need. The dementia can debits a large number of issues to the an
individual among family members (Kalaria, Akinyemi, and Ihara, 2016)

The strength can be consider to be as it may provide a better learning and knowledge in
respect with stages of disease. If there is whole transparency between social workers and a
patient so there will be a great contribution in providing a better and attentive treatment. Social
workers are skilled and professional at their services. In addition to this, weakness can be
consider to be as dementia is a disease in which a person able to forget his memory so it can
consider to be weakness as he or she can not able to express whole knowledge which should be
provided. (Altinkaya, Polat, and Barakli, 2020)
CONCLUSION
The main role of dementia care may include recognisance of signs which may induce
cognitive impairment. These are basic skills which should be focused by number of social
workers. Another intervention that may include to stay with an individual as much as one person
can. Both pharmacological and non pharmacological interventions can be applied in this case
such as cognitive stimulation recreational as well as physical exposure that may consider to be
beneficial. The following intervention has been discusses which may illiterate general to prevent
and control serious causes of these disorders. As it can take a lot in person's life.
