It is necessary and crucial for living the best lives by the families, young people and children to
be provided by legal facilities and guidance. The suffers from the tragic incidences of human
trafficking, domestic violence, and physical abuse are required to be provided with legal aid and
guidance to support for living the best lives. The legal aid and guidance are required to justify
the oppression and restricting the acts of violence towards others. As a social worker, it is
required to provide the clients with effective and professional legal interventions that support for
strengthening the confidence and the inner abilities of the clients (O'Hare, 2015). Legal guidance
and support ensure for reinstalling the lost confidence and developing the reputation or respect
for the client in the society. Therefore the legal, educational, financial, housing and medical
interventions can be executed and undertaken by the social workers to ensure the families,
young people and children live their best lives.
Helping and supporting young people, children and families provide with self and inner
satisfaction to the social workers. It provides with opportunities to improvise and stabilize the
lives of people who are needed for improvements and developments. The social workers
undertake different interventions and approaches that aids in developing and accomplishing
these needs and requirements (Campbell, et. al., 2018). The social workers are required to
develop an effective understanding of the financial, medical, educational and social needs of the
clients. In order to access and determine these needs, the social workers undertake assessments
and examinations through the interventions of counseling and discussing the issues with the

understanding with the clients to ensure proper execution and interpretation of the conflicts and
issues. The social worker should develop an effective understanding of how the clients, the
family members, young people, and children relate to each other. The social workers can apply
interventions such as counseling and discussions with the clients to gather information about the
client personal information and the required details of the immediate family members (Garrett,
2017). The social workers can apply approaches to effective communication skills to function
for the interaction and process of gathering information from the clients. These interventions
aids in developing an understanding of the issues and also supports developing plans according
to the needs and requirements of the clients.
The social workers are required to be informed about the relationships and equations client share
with the members and the young people for proper identification of issues and problems. The
client’s needs assessments must be made in order to examine the requirements and development
of plans as per the identified issues. The social workers can plan for interventions such as
mediation and resolving the disputes amongst the couples through therapies. Often issues
amongst the couples result in issues with the children and the young people of the families. The
social workers are required to work towards developing these gaps in the family and ensure the

interventions of therapies where effective communication is undertaken between the pair to
resolve the issues. Conducting therapies ensures for development of the relationship and creating

together and the dinner or small lunches to create openness and easiness amongst the family
members. The social workers must understand that families require for emotional and mental

and children must be given opportunities to thrive in the circumstances and evolve in an
effective manner. The social workers should ensure the development of atmosphere which

supports the openness and a clear equation amongst the children and the families. The
interventions such as counseling and educating the parents about the issues their children are
facing may aid and support for the better lives of the recognized individuals in society. The
interventions of counseling will support the understanding of issues and will also support to
develop an interpretation for the behaviors and actions undertaken by the children.
As a social worker, it can be determined that it is the responsibility to develop broken
relationships and the gaps that are built between the children and the parents. The interventions
can be in the nature of social justice, educational aid, financial support or emotional support for
the children, young people and families. The child who may have suffered from the incidences
of human trafficking and domestic violence requires special care and attention. It is the social
worker who must act in charge with the families to develop the inner strength and confidence of
such children (Fernando Chang-Muy and Congress, 2015). The social workers can apply skills
of communication and social service to ensure effective social service and better lives of the
children and young people. The social workers can apply interventions of engaging in effective
communication and these skills also include motivating and encouraging discussing for the
issues.
The social workers can apply the interventions of emotionally understanding the clients and the
issues faced by them. These workers can counsel and motivate the affected individual to speak
for the discrimination or the injustice they are facing in the society or in professional settings.
The social workers are required to develop for the maintaining a personal bond with the clients
and in between the conversations, it is required by the social workers to show engagement and
involvement in the conversation (Hawkins and Weis, 2018). The social workers must entail into
the interventions of fetching feedback and asking questions to the clients to ensure for gathering
more information and details regarding the issues and the instances client shares. It has been
identified as the duty of the social workers to ensure for providing with legal, social and justice
aid to the clients and resolving their issues in an effective manner in both emotional and physical
state.
The social workers are required to perform the tasks of supporting and guiding the clients in the
circumstances of issues and conflicts faced by the clients. The social workers must provide

therapy or reformative guidance for the clients to reduce the trauma and the tension they go
through. The social and community workers can work with different organizations on both
domestic and global level to support developing and bettering the lives of the clients. These
organizations can be used as interventions to support the financial and emotional aid required by
the clients (Greene, 2017). The social and community workers must develop strategies to
encourage the clients for enrolling in programs and schedules that support developing the lives.
For instance, a social worker is required to support and encourage a young woman facing the
issues of domestic and family violence. The social worker must encourage the young lady to
step out of the insecure domestic settings and speak up against the family violence she is
witnessing. The social worker is required to support the women in the functions of rehabilitee
and provide with a secure environment to the female (Johnson and May 2015). The social
worker must enroll such women in women well center programs and organizations that support
for safeguarding and uplifting the women. The social and community workers are required to
deploy the interventions of providing legal aid to the women and supporting her financially in
order to preserve her future.
Conclusion
The field of social and community work is diversified and includes undertaking different
activities and functions that support for uplifting and developing the lives of children, young
people, and families. These community workers are under the requirements to determine the
individuals facing difficulties and issues with the lifestyles and family equations. The social and
community workers are required to undertake an effective identification of these individuals. It
is also the responsibility of the social and community workers to develop mediums and
interventions through which the affected individuals can reach out and communicate (Knight,
2015). The interventions such as providing for financial and educational support for the children
and the families can be identified as one of the essentially required social intervention.
It is identified that various issues and conflicts faced by young people, children and families is
due to the lack of financial resources and the lack of effective educational sources of
information. These sources financial and emotional are required to ensure for the better lives of
the families and the children. The social and community workers must develop interventions to

develop the lives of the affected individuals with the application of professional interventions.
The interventions may include medical, legal, financial and educational in nature. It has been
determined in the discussions and observations in the essay that interventions in diversified
nature are required to support for the better lives of the society and its members.
The children suffering from conflicts witnessing the occurrence of incidences such as human
trafficking and domestic violence are required to be provided with educational and medical
interventions. The young people observing incidences of physical abuse and violence are
required to be provided with emotional and financial interventions to safeguard the future and
provide with opportunities to sustain in the challenging environment (Glendinning, 2015).
Similarly, the families observing issues are required to be supported with the interventions of
counseling and meditation to support for building the gap and enforcing the aspects of family
and love. It can be stated that the field of social and community work still requires developing
effective and long term interventions that guides and aids in developing and building better lives
for young people, families, and children.
