1QUESTION ANSWER
1.A My entire childhood had been spent around people, with need. Due to the profession of
my father, I had to move to different places, and sometimes he had to move to inclusive
areas, and I happened to be accompanying him. Therefore, I had often come across
people who were in dire need of either food or water or clothes or the like and I used to
wonder how can I be of any help to them, and had always thought that once I am able and
competent enough, I will be helping them and will involve myself completely for the
community people. As a child I thought that God is there for everyone and he will be
helping them, but as I grew up, I realized that it is our duty to help the needy and the
poor. However, in today’s society, even to help the needy and the poor, skills an degrees,
are needed. Hence, I decided to take up the discourses of social work as my subject.
When I got an opportunity to study I was extremely happy and ecstatic as now I could
realize my dream.
2.A In social work, the area I find interest in, is the psychological aspect. A huge area of the
social work section includes the people going through trauma, suffering from mental
illness, or people involved into drug abuse. I think that they are the most helpless. People
who are at a socially disadvantageous position, are more likely to be able to better their
position in the society, but it is the patients with mental conditions or psychological
issues who are in need of the help. Since they are unable to decipher and cognize their
surroundings and their personal feelings therefore, it is more impossible for them to come
out of their conditions. I have often come across with people who are involved with drug
abusing behaviors, actually used to lead a normal life, and it is the mishaps or the
situations that have made theme how they are, and I feel very compassionate towards
them. Hence I think I will be a better suit for this kind of social work responsibilities.

2QUESTION ANSWER
3.A In case of resolving a conflict situation at the workplace, or at school or may be within
the family, I include an effective communication approach. I always believe that
communication can be really helpful to guide and solve certain situations. However, there
are times when the situation or the issue is extremely serious and there are certain layers
involved, then I aim at asking for help from someone senior to me, who have a better
understanding of certain situations.
4.A Currently I am a fresher. I do not have any experience or knowledge in the field. My
final term is left yet. Since it is a full time course, I could not have worked anywhere or
could not have been involved with any organization. However, I have done certain
internships in the similar field. While continuing with my studies I have worked with a
non- profit organization, in the psychodynamic field and have come across with a number
of case studies, which have instigated me more to join in this field. Hence, I am searching
for opportunities and applying for positions in the same filed.
5.A I am not sure of any of my strengths considering this particular field since I have not
been involved in the field and it is not possible to understand, until and unless I
experience difficult situations. However, I do possess a good communicational ability
which I think, is a strength of mine. Considering the limitations, I will say that, my
limitations are my strengths and they keep me going. If I come across a difficult situation,
which is difficult to solve through my abilities and skills, then I ask for from someone
who has experience and better knowledge of the situations, and thus learn and thrive. I do
not stop until I exhaust all possibilities and this limitation motivates me and keeps me
going further.
