for her argument and it will also reflect on what the report is feeling the piece is saying about
the social work role.
MAIN BODY
Surmised the arrangement from the Article
According to this Author (Bhave and Glomb., 2016) In the British journal of social
work there is to be seen a consensus developing of stable and positive relationship with the
social workers to promote a better outcomes for the young people and the children studies of the
view looked after the consistency of the young people highlight that how much they sustained a
value support from their adults who make young once feel that they care about them as an
individual. The researcher make sure that how much they are engaged in listening to the
teenagers looked after in in the locality of the north England. Limitation of the time do not
permit the examination of an important role played by the listening to the teenagers and young
by other careers or by staff. The research was conducted by the efficient researchers. by the

the social workers were qualified and most of them were working for the children and working
for families. There were some who were in specialist terms they were working fo4r disability of
the children and youth offending. Interviews were organized and the structure of the interview

The nature and evidence offer by Author in Argument
Author has try to investigate the truth and experience of the children's with the social
worker and the social workers were showing that they are treat them like their Friends and they
all are equal (Ferguson., 2016). Author has organize the interviews and they try to find truth
behind this all and for the interview they invite the 11 young people and the 11 social workers
and frequently ask them a question about social work and social workers. Social workers were
telling that they are treating children like their friends and helping them to become good
persons but from the other side from the young people they were getting negative reviews from
them they make sets of question and they were asking to both social workers and young people.
As per the view of the Author ((Child welfare reforms: Government want children taken
into care to be fast-tracked into permanent adoption. 2016) children are taken into the care will
be fastest – tracked into adoption permanently away from the real parents under the plans of
government to change the ways of vulnerable young people are looked after by the states. In the
wide range packages minister has reform the intent to change in the legal low to make it clear to
them that social workers and the courts must be always pursue adoption when the children's
have their best interest in them (Wagaman And et.al., 2015). Thais mover by the government
was expected to result in the more children were being adopted permanently rather then the
children's are being placed in foster homes in the hope of that they could in the future be re-
united their real parents. Government was facing the strong opposition who are social workers
they were claiming that government want's to save some money and they have to warned the
councils will feel compelled to meet the centrally targets, rather then a the best interest of the
children.
As per the View point of the Author (Hadley and Hatch., 2018) professionals should need
to use reflation envelope and learn some practices is now and started objectives. In the social
work they have to do little resources bout the how actually reflation in the actions occur.
Reflective practices are the part and core concepts of the social work and the most theoretical
prospective across the profession of health and social care and work for well being. . In the
social work reflation of the literature is often tied with a emotional intelligence and use of self.
'SELF' is an question which is regarded as a limitation of the resources that the workers can
taped into and they used to to give a user of the service. The reflective practitioner shows more
self awareness, awareness role and awareness for the assumption underling in their practices

there are many argue for the need for a critical reflection., which is used for a build a reflective
abilities with the respect to a power and their complex expression . Embarrassment of the the
social workers and service users arise from the gender social class, sexuality and ability to be a
reflected upon and the unethical uses of the power avoided through it. The some social workers
are not think critically about sexuality leading to some bracketing off which limits their capacity
engage fully with the rational on the aspect of working socially .
According to the author (Oppedal and Idsoe., 2015) there are many social workers who
are begin their careers by helping families and children like other social workers . they have
learn from this that how to engage their clients into helping process. They make comprehensive
assessment and some are collaborate with others and by the the collaboration they develop the
investment plans then they monitor their implementations in this process. Even through the part
of nay invention can involve the linking individuals and families with the resources of
community so they can meet and identify resources. There are many social workers who only
focus on the micro practices. Like they are helping some people who have a specific needs
(Perlman, H.H., 2018). When thy monitor any family progress , then they need to see the
specific improvement in the condition of the family according to the result of their planned
investigation. It is not easy achieve the progress in the conditions. They also have to see that
what are the factors which accruing and creating a barrier for change. Sometimes barriers are
internal as well like low motivation and low availability of food. When any social worker
feel any difficulties to linking people or communities resources and in the making sure that
services which are given by him are address their needs or not. Sometime economic condition
carets challenges for parents who are working hard to sure their families . Social workers have to
create opportunities and have to implement new polices they have to provide new jobs in those
area and provide houses so they can leave comfortably. This can take time to put change in
micro- environmental practices changes can take hold because the the target of change can be
include the new low 's agency polices and additional resources.
Reflection about social work role
according to me social work is an very responsible work. For this work they need
investment and people who can give their contribution towards the social work. Social workers
