Introduction
This essay is proposing the socialism facts that are being dead or not dead in 21 century.
Socialism is about creating a society without exploitation. There is no meaning of socialism if
people are unable to fight for such a society in which capitalism exists. Socialism is
unattainable. Everybody will have the right to indulge in the decisions that affect the
society. The most important decisions would be how to organise the production of services
and goods. Everybody will have right to access to the goods and services which are
purposely designed to fulfil their requirements and there need be no mode of payment for
the work that everyone is participating to produce them. Producing needs states that
everybody would involve in work that has a direct usefulness. The ideal system is the system
in which government decides everything. The dream of any economy is to decide precisely
that how much to produce, maximizing profits. Purposes of socialism are that the
government take responsibility to give full control of society production instead of
permitting the corporation to run themselves. Socialism objectives are to give freedom to
the working people, freedom of equality and efficiency. The main problem of socialism is to
underestimates the capability to corrupt even the individuals, our limits, and the noblest of
ideas (AWL, 2011). If economic power invariably translates into political power then this is
the danger. It is familiar to hear about the impact of the wealthy on politics in capitalist
society. The government favours deductions on tax cuts, mortgage interest and even tax
exemptions. The cost becomes liberty in the twentieth century. In the twenty-first century,
the socialism is not totalitarianism and does not dictate state religion or personal belief. In
twenty-first century socialism is not a problem of informatics complexity and socialism is not
populism in this century. Socialism is not about capitalism and not a society in which people
sell their ability to work in twenty-first century (Whitt, 2018). The goal is all about the
satisfaction of human needs not the profits in twenty-first century.

 The people of the society are being united to achieve their social goal for equal
development. The goal is to improve the living standards, conditions of working,
employment, education, housing, health and cultures and the social labours.
 The socialist are working to reproduce itself and the inequalities of the society. It can
be done with two type of mechanism where the first mechanism is exclusion and
second one is exploitation. In 21 century the socialism is completely dead in some
cases the socialism is improved day by day but in some cases, the socialism is going
dead.
 The socialism structural capacity for the working class: The political and
organisational abilities are determined to rule the working class and effect the
policies of the state or socialism goals (Cockshott, 2012).
 The working class in the society has fights to increase the production relation and to
improve the working conditions. It can differentiate between the two bargaining
power:
1. Marketplace in the socialism: The 21-century socialism has improved the
marketplace with improving the working plan and social labours.
2. Workplace: the workers are making the plan to improve the economy with
key sectors and placed in a strategic location.
 Ideologies and class interests: The working class is the socialist project agents who
manage the projects and plan of socialism to improve their lives.
 The projects of socialism are running with the power of the society ruling. In 21
century the socialism is improved to make a working plan and developed their lives
and standards (Whitt, 2010).

Socialism could be referred to as an Ideology. An ideology is something that cannot be
killed, as it is already started by someone. An Idea is Communicable or Transferable,
meaning it will spread throughout and no one could be able to obliterate it, as it will remain.
Many countries including France, Cuba, Denmark, Canada, Norway, China, North Korea, and
Ireland has even elected a Socialist as their president. In the Nutshell, even if Socialism is
dying, it will not die because for most people capitalism does not work.
The best way to implement the understanding of something is by considering what it is not.
IN Twenty-First Century Socialism is not only for people in the society who gets work by
selling their ability and gets directed by those people above them whose goal is to gain the
profit by whichever means possible neither it is a Society of those people who divide the
workers and their communities to thrive down the wages and by increasing the exploitation
of the workers working for them (Quiggin, 2017). In short Socialism in the Twenty-First
Century is Not Dead.
It can be said that Socialism has taken some major hit and faced some setbacks in recent
year due to the fall of parties worldwide but there are many countries that still follows
Socialism as a fundamental policy even in America it is an ideal. The Congressmen in the
United States are Socialist (Barney Frank). The Common talking point for the politicians is
Redistribution of wealth and due to this strength of Socialism is gradually increasing these
days. Further, Socialism cannot die completely as it resides in many forms that enable it to
choose any path whatsoever. Like Marxist History, it is still alive and swelling well in
countries like Vietnam and Cuba. In recent years, Socialist Parties from many countries are
obligated to attune like the West as it is becoming right-wing due to reveal of that
propaganda in front people that happened during the Cold War. Those Right-wing parties
are now somewhat unpopular (as Liberal Democrats of UK), people need those parties that
think differently. So, Socialism is adapting from time to time and recovering from the
setbacks but Socialism is not dead in the Twenty-First Century.
Most people say that “Socialism will not do any good for the Country” but Socialism is all
about the relationship that is established between Government and the Citizen of the

country. It is the idea that people choose Government as their representatives to establish
equality throughout. It allows for the best growth opportunities which in turn help in
developing the country. There are different types of Socialism on which the Growth of
Country could be decided. It is an agreeable notion that the Soviet Union is dead due to the
State Capitalism but other Socialism strands that are acceptable will continue to be covered
on life support. At last, it can be said that socialism is neither dead nor dying. In fact, it is in a
state that is better than ever (Manaloto, 2018).
