INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing is that practice in which the writer can describe an imaginary scene
and their views. In the same way, this reflective report Is based upon different topics such as
media and society, physical health of nation, mental health and contemporary society, society at
international level, individuals and additive behaviour, sociology of crime and insight into
criminal behaviour.
MAIN BODY
Media and society both are depended upon each other. I think that almost 90% of the
people are depended upon media and though it affects everybody's life style as well. Moreover, I
also realized that a complete society is based upon media such that people collect vast
information through different sources of media, which saved time (Riff and et.al., 2019). On the
other side, as per the data and figures, I also evaluated that Physical Health of nation is varies
or in UK, there are significant inequalities in level of physical activity with relation to age,
gender and disability. Such that through, report, I analysed that CVD is one of the largest cause
of death in UK and then Cancer, Obesity, Diabetes simultaneously. Therefore, from this, I also
analysed that from last many years, the physical health of nation is slightly decreases but the rate
of obesity may be increases in upcoming years (Physical health of UK, 2019).
In addition to this, while surfing, I also come to know that physical activity also play an
important role in promoting mental health and well-being by preventing metal health problems.
Further, I also suggested that through regular physical activity, every individual reduces the risk
of depression and has some positive benefits upon mental health of society such as reduce
anxiety and enhances self- esteem (Rhead and et.al., 2019). Beside this, I think that Individuals
and addictive behaviour in UK such as gambling and over eating also affect the mental health
of nation as well as society. As a result, this may leads to finish a life, but I analysed that it can
be overcome by providing guidance to the children and also make them aware by providing
positive and negative key aspect of every addictive behaviour (Weitekamp and Keller, 2019).
Moreover, Sociology in crimes is the study that enforcing criminal laws. By effective
research, I analysed that crime ratio in UK is minimum such that it creates positive impact upon
society and individuals. Even, for every crime, the nation has their own sub section in which is

responsible for reducing and preventing crime. But I also realized that the crime also affect the
mental health and contemporary society in negative way, such that there may be chances that an
individual become addictive of such crime and this cause threat to their life as well. Further, I
also realized that Society at an International level In which there are different people live who
belongs to caste, religious culture. Through research, I also analysed that country's culture is
influenced by its history as a constitutional monarchy such that its preponderantly Christian
religious life and its interaction with the culture of different states (Davidson, 2019). Therefore,
this shows that country has a diverse society and also have a varying degree if overlap and
peculiarity. Overall, I evaluated that country's has strong culture dimensions that also leads to
make the society at international level which creates a positive impact upon the country.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above, I concluded that media and society plays a crucial role in every
individual, further, through the report, I also concluded that the physical health of UK is quite
stable and it also affect the mental health in positive way. Further, I evaluated that addictive
behaviour of individual also affect the mental and physical health of public and it sometimes
leads to crime as well.
