Socio-economic disadvantage:
Homelessness is define as a complex social problem that have various number
of economic and social factors like a certain physical and mental health, lack of
affordable housing and poor family background. It has been identified that
aaboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander have lowest economic status due to poor
social economics which lead towards homelessness. It is one of the factors which is
affecting peoples. This topic is being selected as homelessness is having negative
impact upon aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander which is increasing in diseases,
as these individual are forced to stay in overcrowding space which is also affecting
their mental health.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS
 Community attitudes, stereotypes and biases
It is one of the most important ethical considerations as it is the central core value
that maintain ongoing connection as well as continuity among aboriginal and/or
Torres Strait Islander past, current as well as future generation. Community attitude
are required to evaluated in order to have respect towards their past.
 Effects of attitudes, stereotypes and biases
Effects of attitudes stereotypes and biases are having significant impact. It is
essential to recognise and value aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander knowledge as
well as wisdom in order to ensure fair reorganization of this resource.

PROGRAM TO DELIVER
 Budgeting course
Homelessness and Housing socio-economic advantage will be effectively overcome
with the help of providing program relating to budgeting course and hygiene. In
addition to this other educational program such as employment opportunity will also
be provided to certain individual in order to enhance employment.

MEASUREMENT OF PROGRAM
 Duty of care:
It is defined as a legal obligation which will be measures against desired
objective and further get implemented under course of action.
 Code of conduct:
All the rules, norms, practices and responsibilities will be adhered by each
and every individual in order to accomplish objectives with proper code of
conduct.
 Privacy and confidentiality:
Proper confidentiality as well as privacy will be maintained to protect
collected data.
 Cultural safety:
 Proper safety will be maintained in order to make sure that no assault or
harm will be done to people involved.
