Title: Bullying at the school and at the workplace
Introduction
Bullying is one of the distinctive patterns towards humiliating and harming others
who tends to be younger, weaker both morally and physically. It is not an aggression relating
to the garden variety but a repeated and deliberate attempt that tends to cause harm the others
who tends to have less power (Einarsen et al., 2018). In the school, harassments or bullying
are some of the major examples of the terms that are generally utilised for illustrating the
aggressive, negative and the unfair nature or the behaviour that is being directed towards the
peers. In the context of employment, bullying includes the intention of aggressive or hurtful
nature or behaviour for subjugating, harming, insulting and humiliating the targeted
colleagues, subordinates and the workmates. The thesis statement of the essay argues with the
fact hoe bullying at the school and at the workplace tends to affect individuals and their
mental health.
The purpose statement for the proposal
The aim or the purpose of this research proposal is to identify and detail the
extensiveness and the seriousness of bullying both in the context of the adults in the

(Wilson & Nagy, 2017). The study aims to illustrate the nature or the form of the verbal and
the non verbal communication that are associated with bullying that tends to affect the
interpersonal relationship with the targeted victim.

project is the audience of the research paper who are the professor of the university who will

I believe that I am personally the correct person for taking up this topic for doing
extensive research on it since my best friend and I have experienced bullying at the school at
one point of time. I have furthermore heard how some of my friends in the university faced
bullying when they joined their first job. The effects of the bullying to the people with soft
heart and sentimental mind are very impactful. This particular study thus aim to highlight the
psychological effects of bullying and how it impact’s one’s mind and the process of their
personal development.
