Introduction- In recent times, social media and digital technology have been an imperative part
of individuals’ life starting from purchasing goods to e-mail, tutoring and industry tool. Thus
social media has been playing a critical role in altering individuals’ way of life and preferences.
Discussion
Paragraph 1- According to Sablosky (2014), social media has been chiefly understood as
comparatively economical as well as highly accessible electronic tools enabling its users to
disseminate as well as access information, gather on a universal effort and further setting up
linkages.
Paragraph 2- Social Media and Depression- Sablosky (2014) has explored positive as well as
negative impacts of social media on mental health of young adults, constructive impacts entail
