of article is presented with the help of strengths and limitations presented by author with the
convincing arguments. The biasness as well as any significant omissions or things that could
be improved are discussed.
Strengths and limitations
The author present that study of police involves the police culture as it is essential which is
often depicted as per the series of values which involves solidarity, suspicion, conservatism
and others. The culture of police is considered by the researcher which has become the
strength of it. The major strength that is outlined by the researcher with the help of interview
100 participant observation in the police department is that culture has become particularly
observable at the time of unsettled (Campeau, 2015).
The major limitation of the article is that it doesn’t involve the views of the diverse scholars
due to which it is based on the views and opinions of single author. The author has also
presented the negative side of traditional police culture as out-dated value-based police
culture demonstrations do not adequately capture the way captains comprehend their own

faced in managing the police culture. In addition to this, study could be improved with views
of different scholarly authors who might have applied their own views.
