A child is a type of human being who process from several stages among birth and
puberty. This is a type of development stage of infancy as well as puberty. As per law, the
definition of child state that individual who is minor or younger individual who does not face the
stage of maturity age. They have less rights and responsibility in comparison from adults.
Children are unable to take any serious decision as they are dependable on responsible citizen.
Define family?
In the world of human society, family mainly refers as collective group of people with
consanguinity or by affinity. The ultimate aim of managing or developing families in order to
established well being or goodness of family as well as society (Fraser, 2020). In simple words
we can say that family is collective group of parents who live together along with their children.
It ensure that group who made choice or want to live together in order to build strong bond. In
other words, family is something that can not be left or forgotten.
Concept of family changed since 1960’s
With growing face and changing lifestyle, the life of family got change. The two parents
concept of household is shifting towards on decline stage. This occurs due to increase in the
number of divorce , remarriage along with cohabitation. By contrast since 1960, the increase in
the elevation post world war, it leads towards family form of structure. There is a emergent
growth with diversified in family complexities. There is great rise increment seen in single
family as single parents concept (Dalfidan, 2020). In earlier 1960, two parents families exists.
Apart from this there is a Growth has been seen in ratio of unmarried women as well as multi
partner fertility. But modern parents are more qualified and educated in comparison of 1960’s.

well as productive manner. Healthy life of human being brings positivity in the living standard of
people.

At the present time its half of all families that do not meet the classifying the section of
nuclear family. It have stepfamilies, single-parent families, families headed by two unmarried
partners, either of the opposite sex or the same sex that are households that include one or more
family members from a generation; adoptive families, foster families, and families where
children are raised by their grandparents or other relatives. Each has distinctive advantages and
challenges.
Describe ethnicity in order to analyse risk of obesity.
Obesity is most popular and common disease which cost more and act as serious disease.
There is emergent ethnicity seen in respect of prevalence of obesity. Obesity majorly influence a
number of former group extra than others (Muñoz, 2017)
. The risk of obesity is very dangerous as it causes many hazardous disease. This will leads
towards serious disease like cholesterol, blood pressure. It causes many heart stroke disease.
Why?
The analysis of obesity risk with ethnicity is getting serious day by day as it has serious
influence on the life of human being. The living standard and mental piece gets affected by
increasing level of obesity. Most of the disease occurs like heart disease, high blood pressure,
diabetes etc. With access of over weight or obesity will leads towards serious impact on healthy
lifestyle of human being. transport extra fat into the body of human being will cause heath
hazardous disease.

Positive effect of globalisation
There are numerous of positive effects of globalisation such as enhancement in the level
of education, trade, technology, competition, improved organisational structure, enhancement in
culture, raise in competition as well as investment. This will ensure global market and global
presence of company in international market. This will facilities cross culture management.
Issues with outsourcing jobs.

There is lots of problems that is associated with number of outsourcing jobs like change
management, cultural difference, loss of intellectual property, lack of contractual terms, slower
turnaround time etc.
Define culture
Culture is a manner of living a life in respect of behaviours, beliefs, values. Generally
these are adopted without giving any single thought. This will passed with the aid of
communication from one generation to another.
Why cultural diversity is essential
The cultural diversity is very important because it will leads in contribution of enhancing
language skills and create new experience or promote new thinking, knowledge (Tsang, 2018).
This will brings integration among school, workplace and country.
