Challenges faced by the family
The major issues that are faced by the people immigrating to the country of Canada might
include the various factors that are related to the differences in the language usage, the religious
factors, the values as well as the beliefs that are maintained by the immigrants (Bélanger &
Ward, 2019). The families face further issues in regards with the customary factors that are
presented within the given country.
The majority of the immigrants in Canada face issues in the use of the language for the
daily communication within the country. The use of the proper language within the given
country leads to a number of barriers among the people who have been speaking in other
languages. This leads to the arousal of issues in almost all the spheres of activity (Kelly &
Emery, 2003). The implementation of the challenges that are faced by the people tend to be
affecting them in the daily activities like their schooling and the finding of the jobs for the people
who have migrated into the territorial boundaries of Canada (Fraehlich, 2018, Unit 1, p. 5).
The employment of the immigrants has been posing another great issue in the minds of
the people who have immigrated into the country. The people who have immigrated into the
country tend to be facing greater issues in terms of the employment that they have been offered
or are finding within the country (Fraehlich, 2018, Unit 1, p. 5).
The establishment of the people within the country and the acclimatization to the newer
country and work environment tends to deal in the development of the various issues that are
related to the lack of proper knowledge on the various customs that are followed within the given
country (Fraehlich, 2018, Unit 1, p. 5).

Benefits and pitfalls of dating
The present-day citizens all over the world are generally observed to have been very
particular and selective about their partners in both long-term as well as short term relationships.
The younger generation of the present days tend to take on the activities of dating in order to deal
with the various issues that are presented in terms of the romantic relationships that are
maintained by the people (Bélanger & Ward, 2019). The activity of dating has a huge number of
advantages as well as the disadvantages of the activity of dating.
The activity of dating is known to have been assisting the concerned people with the
activities of choosing a partner for the maintenance of the romantic relationships amongst the
various members of the society who have been on interacting terms. The dating activities allow
more freedom to the female members of the society in terms of the choosing of the partners and
taking the necessary responsibility in terms of the choice of the life partners (Fraehlich, 2018,
Unit 2 p. 4).
The activity of dating however poses certain issues as well. The major issues that are
implemented on the activities of dating refer to the lessening of the parental control in the cases
wherein the children or the adolescents who are observed to be involved in the activity (Kelly &
Emery, 2003). The other major disadvantage of the activity lies in the fact that the dating
activities tend to lower the boundaries of the involvement in the sexual activities among the
teenagers and the adolescent members of the society thereby leading to the imbalance within the
society (Fraehlich, 2018, Unit 2 p. 4).

Vulnerability of contemporary marriages to divorces
The contemporary marriages in the modern times are known to have been facing major
breakdowns as compared to the traditional forms of marriage. This might be due to the lack of
the patience and the consistency of the people who have been involved in a wedlock. The
majority of the contemporary marriages are majorly based on the momentary factors rather than
a long-term factor that is based on the proper understanding among the individuals who have
been involved within the wedlock (Fraehlich, 2018, Unit 5, p.7).
The current scenario that is majorly observed in general reveals the changes in the
workload and the roles that are assigned to the concerned members of the family. The individuals
involved in the creation of a family in the modern days are observed to be burdened with a
number of several issues in relation to the workplace and the burden of work. This in turn affects
the peaceful co-habitation amongst the members who have been involved within the family
(Bélanger & Ward, 2019). The lack of the proper mutual understanding among the members of
the family is also observed to have been one of the major reasons for the higher rates of the
breakdown among the partners who have been living together and maintaining the wedlock
between themselves. The lack of the mutual understanding often leads to the breakdown of the
nuptial lock (Fraehlich, 2018, Unit 5, p.7).
Student stressors
The students who have been residing within the Canadian territorial boundaries as well as
all those who have been pursuing their educational careers all over the world are known to have
been facing a high amount of stress in their daily lives as students. the major problem that they
face is the lack of the time that they require for the proper maintenance of their daily chores. The

faced by the student in their academic careers. The students tend to compare their failures with
the successes that are achieved by their peers (Bélanger & Ward, 2019). This is often observed to
be leading to the depression within the psyche of the student which in turn leads to the
deterioration of the overall performance of the student. The students are also observed to be
anxious due to the various relationships that they need to nurture as well as maintain all through
their student life. The maintenance of these relationships tends to affect the well-being of the
students as well as hampers their overall performance.
The students might be advised to discuss with the teachers as well as their parents
regarding the ways of effective time management. This might help them to develop the skills of
time management as well as reduce the stress as well. In order to deal with the doubts and the
insecurities, the student might be advised to indulge in self-reflection and self-motivational
activities. The students are further advised to deal with the self-evaluation in times of dealing
with the conflict situations.
