Essay Topic- Every Human has Rights
Introduction
The concept of human rights are as old as the human civilization. According to the
Oxford Dictionary, human rights can be explained as the fundamental freedom that all the people
residing in the world should have. These are the inalienable factors that the human are born with.
These are development out of the capabilities and the needs of human which basically are meant
for the human for satisfying their fundamental requirements (Forsythe, 2017). Human rights are
being held by all the human beings and the rights must exist as long as their existence. This essay
aims to highlights the recommended argument related to human rights that should be accessible
and available to every man and women who are inhabiting in any of the part of the globe.
Man , being a gregarious individual and a social being resides among group and within
the society. Being an individual he has the right towards the life and the right towards a decent
standards of living.
Discussion
According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the human rights can be
categorized by two of the major types (Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 2019). These are
the rights that are essential for the decent and dignified existence of human and the rights that are
essential for an adequate rise or development of the personality of human being. The
characteristics of human rights that needs to be available to all the humans irrespective of any
gender, race, colour or any nationality includes comprehensiveness, inalienability and the context
of universality.

This essay argues with the recommendation over the topic, human rights that are
inseparable and comprehensive in nature. According to Van Fleet (2018), the concept of human
rights has been strengthened with the development of Bill of Rights in the year 1689 and The
Lockes Theory of natural rights which recommends that all the citizens have their legitimate
right towards overthrowing a government in case it fails to protect the rights of citizens in the
nations.
Article 55 of the 1945 United National Charter, highlighted that world needs to promote
the universal respect for the identification and the observance of the rights of human and basic
freedom for all.
As per the study by Tunçalp et al., (2017) there lies a wide gap among the rights that
have been proclaimed in the regional and the international human rights tool and the process
these rights are being implemented and followed and respected in the countries through the
globe. Most of the nations through out the globe faces challenges for working towards the
completion of the fulfilment of the rights to the human. The author in his study highlighted
scarce resources as one of the important obstacles. Furthermore racism, terrorism and intolerance
are often being invoked as some of the main obstacles (Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
2019). The author in his study explained how serious level of human rights violations takes place
in the countries that are being considered as stable and non corrupted. Some of the examples
given by the author in his research paper includes the enforced transportation of detailed people,
illegal arrest and brutal interrogation methodology that is being used within the struggle against
the terrorism.
Thornton (2015) stated that towards the development of action plan and openly showing
the challenges and issues and the corresponding activities is the main signal of the commitment

to the human rights. For having some of the real impacts, strategies and action plan is
recommended to be followed by the means of co-ordinated efforts for ensuring that all the
authorities have the right based approaches towards their work. This is furthermore
recommended for ensuring that the citizens have understanding towards their human rights and
proper access towards the effective remedies while being violated. As per De Schutter (2019) the
civil society needs to criticize the decision maker and also scrutinize them within a safe and
enabling environment. The national human rights institutions through out the globe must ensure
that they are adequately resourced and mandated for monitoring independently over the national
policies, legislation and the process of administration for complying with the international
obligations.
In the research study by Luo et al., (2015) participation is one of the key principle for the
work of the human rights. It is recommended that the business sector should be involve for
resolving the challenges related to discrimination, rights of employees and their corporate
responsibility. The government of each and every nation needs to engage for discussing the
concerns related to human rights in an open and constructive manner. This furthermore needs the
self-critique approach over the governmental side.
Some of the recommended measures for the promotion of human rights through out the
world includes the correction actions of government and strategies to recommend measures for
the effective implementation and promotion of basic and fundamental rights to human. These
should include assessment of the function of law enforcement system and judiciary since
corruption and discrimination is one of the major issues in some of the countries (McDougal,
Lasswell and Chen, 2018). Furthermore evaluation of the efforts for the provision of the
education related to human rights is needed for ensuring that people residing in the world know

misdeeds with them . Mapping out the responsibility for the implementation of human rights
needs to be distributed among the national and the regional authorities together with the
reviewing of the mechanism for co-operation and co-ordination (Universal Declaration of
Human Rights, 2019). The recommendations furthermore includes mapping out of the
responsibilities for the enforcement of human right and also the identification of the obstacles
that are faced by the defenders of human rights and the civil society towards working in the
opportunities for decision making.
As per the study by Riveni, Hillen and Dustdar (2019), human rights education will act as
the catalyst for achievement of sustainable and real changes as thus forms an essential part of the
action plan and human rights strategy. It will connect as the standard of human rights with the
real life experience of people together with empowering them for the identification and
demanding of their inalienable human rights in their living. Effective implementation and
mainstreaming of the rights based approach needs competent officials of pubic for the
identification and addressing of the issues related to human rights (Shestack, 2017). Thus it can
be recommended that fostering of the culture of human rights through the full integration of
human right in training and education is needed. Human rights are the gift to the mankind and as
per the charter of United Nations, each and every human being irrespective of any boundaries are
entitled to enjoying their rights through their daily living.

Hence, from the above discussion it can therefore be concluded that each and every
human being requires human rights. The above essay argues with the recommendation for the
