INTRODUCTION
This assessment is completely based on conversation between 23 year old Carla and 22
years old Muslim girl Fatima. The overview of the situation is that Carla has raised the question
while having coffee with Fatima is that why Muslim women wear veil and why they allow
themselves to be dictated by men. On the reply Fatima justified herself and said that she wear
veil by her choice and instantly asked Carla that why western women wore revealing clothes,
draw tattoo or modify their face or body through cosmetic surgery: is this the western men
demands? This report would also include the transcultural health scenario on cultural practices.
Hence, the above report will discuss such issues at an optimized level (Bendrups, 2013).
ANALYSIS
The present case-study is completely based on transcultural influence & any forcing act
in which two ladies have conversation with each other on their way of wearing clothes or
dressing to know if any religious, cultural or societal influence on them. The main situation in
this case study is that both the students named Carla and Fatima are at coffee outlet and there
occurred a conversation that why Muslim women wore veil. Fatima reply her choice by
pretending her to wear the veil. The issue that concerned Carla is the transcultural conflicts due
to which the thought and perception of the religion of Fatima is different from other western
women and why western girl modify their body, removing their body hairs and wore revealing
clothes. Does western men demand it. Here, this case is completely matters the choice of the
person irrespective of religion or health issues, because choice varies from person to person
(Giger, 2016).
The background of the case study is completely based on conversation between two
students belongs to two different religions and ethnicity. Also, the background of case is based
on wearing any cultural or religious outfits. The research shows that such conversation over
wearing any cultural fashion is not of logical matter also it doesn't create any profit to anyone.
Also, the research reveals that wearing veil by Muslim women is not dictated by the Muslim
men, they wore because they have faith and trust in their religion and research also western
women wore revealing clothing because of their fashionable influence across the society. There
is no any religious force when wearing the veil by the Muslim women. The better understanding
of this issue can be taken into consideration by clearing any kind improper influencing of

religious influence on any outfit which would affect the religious sentiments. This research can
be best concluded by using the primary source of doing research as the researcher can use
various tools making questionnaire and interviewing the people who are related to the religion so
as to collect the reliable data.
Information from the followers of the religions would be suitable to know whether such
conversation would not have impact on the human nature or world. The research also reveals that
any transcultural wore has not been influenced or dictated by any other person or gender.
Corrective solution/course of actions: There are different course of action and solutions
which can be taken such as creating equality among every person irrespective of any religion or
any cultural outfits along with enabling common communication as human being to overcome
such conversation over dictation by men or gender influence (Caplan and et.al 2013). Any kind
of biases or unfair is required to be vanished in order to remove cultural differences or
separations. Along with this, there should be complete analysis of solution or corrective actions
to overcome such conversation between Carla and Fatima to remove cultural differences. It is
required to be taken care that wearing any kind of religious wore cannot be matter of any
difference among human being. Also, there should have clear-cut understanding of what to be
the negative impact of making any collusive discussion, because it would hurt the religious
sentiments.
Solution from the research: The brief research from various books and conversing with
intellectuals has provided various solution such as people don't need to take care any negative
thought to them regarding any different culture practices whether related to any religion, caste or
also relates to the health matter. As in today's world women should be given equal opportunity so
that they are not dictated by the men. As Carla has given her thought that western women has all
the right to live the way that they want it should be followed by other religion also.
Legal and ethical consideration: The legal and ethical consideration that comes into
force in this case is the societal and religious laws. This type of case where the things related to
society and religion consideration are taken it should be taken seriously. It can be observed that
while a secular person who chooses to conduct himself ethically and a religious person behaving
in accordance with religion may do similar good deeds in order to achieve agreeable and
beneficial objectives, the motivations for their actions differ as the motivation religious
adherence is revelation.

CONCLUSION
From the assessment, it can be concluded that individual and cultural differences can
result in major conflicts on the basis of religion and ethnicity. In today's world such type of
rituals that makes the person to be dictated by men is not at all tolerable. All the humans have
equal right to be live according to their choice. Women should raise their concern to the people
of society and should not be harassed. The problem can be resolved if men are taught that all the
human beings are same and should be treated equally.
