Executive Summary
Social services are required particularly for the underdeveloped county to provide support,
cares to orphans, child, and people with disabilities, mental depression and many more. The
intention is to provide the best quality services to meet their needs. The proposed system
allows the administrators to edit services, add new services, staff, and care for the child and
the adults. Each staff in the database is associated with a position that can be added and
modified whenever the need arises. Users can be applied to the services that match their
needs. Staff can be easily checked and update service status easily without having retyped the
information in the database. Most of all, the service and care provided to the child of
Vermont residents, young people and adults, and their progress to monitor their performance.

In addition, the council provides the functionality for registering, inspecting and
generating a report for day-to-day care for the children of different age groups in the
residential homes and also for other young children.
However, in many situations, the Vermont council will take charges for providing
services and the charges that they will take must be reasonable to pay.
