This dissertation investigates the attitudes and perceptions of software professionals towards healthy eating habits and dietary behavior. The study, based on an online survey of 17 software professionals, explores their views on the importance of healthy eating, access to fruits and vegetables, impact of work schedules, and the prevalence of unhealthy eating habits like skipping meals, binge eating, and snacking. The research reveals that while a majority consider healthy eating important, factors like long working hours and work type pose challenges to adopting healthy food habits. The findings also indicate a willingness among the participants to change their dietary patterns. The dissertation includes a literature review, methodology, results presented with charts and graphs, conclusions, and recommendations, providing a comprehensive analysis of the subject. This research highlights the need to address the dietary challenges faced by software professionals due to their work environment.
