INTRODUCTION
Software becomes the widely used in the business process that plays important role in the
organization. It helps for increasing the speed and efficiency of business operations and
functions. Software quality assurance is a monitoring process that can identify the entire
monitoring improvement of final product quality. It is based on the software quality management
that provides the high quality of services to meet the expectation of business process. This article
will describe about the software quality to measure the business performance and efficiency.
However, this documentation will describe the testing Model to apply in software quality
management and describe the brief overview of applications and concepts. It is very difficult to
imagine the world without the software because it must requires controlling the performance of
task.
BACKGROUND OF ARTICLES
The system of requesting, determining, making plan and evaluating the changes into
system engineering is called to as change management process. The main goal or aim will be to
support traceability and process of changes which are all interconnected set of factors. There are
many companies which are finding it very difficult to test these softwares at their end one of the
major barrier will be that of adapting testing maturity model (Leicht, Blohm and Leimeister,
2017). Test maturity model integrated (TMMI) is one of the best software testing model which is
intended to assess different maturity level. While it will assume that each of the organisation will
be starting from level 1 only so this test from starting part only. So this type of tool will be
helpful into providing improvement in process and having number of practise which should be
satisfied with feasibility of large size of companies.
The current article is focusing on software testing phase which is very much important
however it can lack resources and planning into industry. So it is very certain that this will
hamper quality of services for products and services. Software is becoming mostly used tool
which is playing very important role into providing better service to people and could not be
ignored at reliability level.
The Software change management and quality is the scientific software development is to
solve the problem and issues whereas developer usually use the different training session to
improve their programming skill but they learn them independently. In order to improve the
current practices regarding the software development. For better results, developer mainly uses

the testing process that should included in software management. However, this method should
be minimal as possible. Many organizations use the concept to easily identify the bugs, threats in
software which are necessary to apply the software development model. It adequacy makes the
testing process easier to applicable but it does not require as many resources. In this way, it helps
the organization to achieve the goals for improving the quality of products and their services.
According to article, It has conducted a survey in order to determine which practices of
TMMi that always present in the testing method. This process is the most appropriate concept in
the software quality or management because it helps to achieve all the goals and objective of
organisation (Gutierrez-Gutierrez, Barrales-Molina and Kaynak, 2018). Survey reflect the
opinion of people and analyse the group of testing professionals. Testing process encompasses
phases such as planning, test case design, monitoring and analysis etc. It has expected the survey
to indicate which are necessary practices for every phase of software development. The
assumption was that there are specific activities regarding to each the phase that should never be
put aside. TMMI as the baseline model was motivated by the worldwide scope and multi context
adoption.

METHODS
The research was performed with different functions with the appropriate aim to
determine which are the suitable practices in terms of TMMi, It should give more prioritized at
the time of testing process on the basis of people opinion and their testing experiences. The
article or case study is influenced by the experience developer to find their real life observations
that related to the testing practices (Seth and et.al., 2015). Testing approach should start with the
initial level of implementation where the companies can use test maturity model integrate who
easily obtain the certification. This research was included the survey method to determine the
results and outcome. It should be applicable in the research on gathering the information about
the software and testing results.

Survey design
Survey design is the important part of organization which uses Lime survey tools that
allows organizing survey questions in team or group. Questionnaire is also based on the TMMi
to easily find the solution in appropriate manner. Questions were divided into different groups. It
included the questions which related to the knowledge level in terms of software quality.
To build the questionnaire which are needed to chose the online mode where TMMi
objective, practices translated to other language. Every question has given to each group
regarding the software testing and specific goals (Haffar and et.al., 2019). TMMi is an effective
goal that achieve when specific practices performed at testing process. Therefore, it easily
assigns a particular set of level that significantly allows estimating the conclusion related the
specific goals.
At planning phase, The question must need to address perform a product risk assessment
with specific goals and also involves different questions related the associated specific practices.
As per survey (Wu, Dong and et.al., 2018). It is relevance of specific practises to achieve the
goals which defined a particular question. This phase is most suitable to manage and control all
the needs in proper manner.
Obtain Sample
According to survey, It has been obtained the results by using electronic mail
announcement in both ways such as industry and academy. It has announced in mailing the list
which involves that 3,000 more subscribers from the Brazil. It also invited the other
professionals that work for the Information technology companies.
The Questionnaire was determined that there are 113 visits from which 39 resulted in
fully answered questionnaire that must considered for the data analysis. As per analysis, it has
identified that 39 answer allows analysing the data in statically manner.
RESULT GENERATED
The suitable assessment carried out to identify the effectiveness of software testing
measures, this can be critically said that majority of testers or subjects working on the software
testing are well experienced and are certified to look after the Software maturity, testing and
development related operations. As per the views of Seth and et.al., (2015), they will play a very
deep and significant role in implementing the Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) processes
and will predict the risk factors associated with the product (Software). They will also use their

skills, knowledge and experience to determine the test approach and exit criteria that is been
followed along with the data evaluation process. In order to analyze the result and verify the aim
which TMMi level applicable as a company level. It runs the streamlined process may achieve
the specific goals.

CONCLUSION
The views of Leicht, Blohm and Leimeister (2017) suggests that TMMi measures would
support in executing a proper and effective evaluation and improving the data evaluation and
assessment operations. The maturity and updating of a software can be effectively planned with
the use of a positive test environment and knowledge of the test subjects within an enterprise.
This would assist in planning, designing and executing the test measures which are been carried
out by an organization. Besides this, depending on the extensive data received suitable
monitoring and control measures indicates that the software can be improved using a positive test
environment.
It analysis the survey which are conducted through questionnaire to identify the result of
responded. It is investigated the stages whether the subset of TMMi practices considered the
essential for testing process. It also applies the professionals those who work with the software
testing process to find the errors. It concludes that across the phases of generic testing process. It
considered 33 as an essential for maintaining and controlling the consistency when such process
is defined in proper manner. TMMi practices are not completely disposable however, the goals
implementing a streamline process. This practices that are considered more relevant in terms of
testing to address the level of maturity model.
