From the above image, it could be observed that 3 releases of the product has been
provided. In the initial release the new admin console has been created that allows any admin
to access the major reports of the organisation. The 3rd party integrations are done in the
interface that allows the organisation to avail all the functionalities from the various third
party providers. Then the self service portal has been created where the customers could add
their choice of products and other items easily and then perform the checkout of the items.
This stage mainly intends to analyse the customer satisfaction from the interface. In the
second release the required improvement of the UX is done based on the feedback of the
customers. Once all the improvements have been done in the UX of the product, then the
integration of the cloud storage is done where all the data of the software would be stored.
Then, with the integration the cloud support in the application, the upgrades in the application
is done for adding any extra features in the application. In the third release, the lead

generation is done, feature pricing is done and the performance management is done. The
three stage release of the product helps the organisation to produce the most optimised
software for the people that could be used efficiently. The performance management is
required in the initial stage of the deployment of the software.
