INTRODUCTION
The legal profession in the UK has comprised of two types of lawyers called Solicitors
and Barrister. Basically, a solicitor knows as a junior lawyer, on the other side, the barrister
known as senior lawyer. According to some critics, one lawyer term is very favourable for
different customers and clients because two types of lawyers only increase expenses of people or
customers. This report discusses this same thing that, UK’s two lawyer system is favourable for
different customers and clients or just and reaped off by unwanted expensive fees. Some other
legal aspects also have been discussed in this report.

lawyers are continually working in the UK’s legal system from the last many years (Goulandris,
2020). Basically, a solicitor always has it provides common legal advice and suggestion on
variety of issues. On the other side, barrister is generally a specialist in few legal fields that a
solicitor instructs on behalf of its clients for appearing in court. Both plays very excellent role in
this country’s legal. On the other side, some people of the United Kingdom are not satisfied this
with two types of lawyers. According to these people, two types of lawyers only increases
expenses of people, customers or clients, because when can person go these lawyers, then both
charges their respective fees. It means, according to these people of country one lawyer system is
the best which currently followed by most countries in all around the world. But when we deep
analyse, then we found that UK’s two types of lawyer system is something expensive, but it is
very productive in comparison of one lawyer system.
Currently most people or clients are taking huge advantages through these lawyers,
because both can provide very excellent results to each client in the legal system of this country.
