1. Work break down structure- Work break down structure Work break down structure is
a well organised document in which is made to ease the complicated matrix of the activities and

In work break down structure there are many small activities which are to be completed
after that only the next task is to be done. The fixed pattern of work is made in work break down
structure. The main purpose of the work breakdown structure is to make project more
understandable and there will be clarity in every duty of the project related to corporate social
responsibility. Employees or the member of the related project are able to make quick and clear
decision regarding the project in work break down structure.
Thus the work breaks down structure works like a technique to the organisation like
sollatek to make decision regarding project as well as keeping the points related to corporate
social responsibility. As sollatek is an electronic company it has the electrical system related

TASK 2
P4 Small scale research on sollatek by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
There are many techniques which can be used in corporate social responsibility like
qualitative and quantitative data. In the qualitative data there are questions which are collected
from research and then are linked with the study design so that a well maintained pattern and
sequence can be used in asking questions (Gottschalk, Solli and Saether, 2016). In qualitative
research there is data in words and particular language so that there will be clarity in the
questions so that answers can be received easily. Qualitative data is more easy to understand and
in the research so that decision can be done easily and efficiently.
Quantitative research includes the numerical data in the research. The quantitative data is
more accurate and clear than the qualitative data. Quantitative data research mainly focuses on
testing and generalising through survey. This type of data is controlled as it has fixed number of
data to ask and analyse. In the quantitative research data statistical analysis is key part of the
Gantt chart which is useful in the project management in the organisation like sollatek. With the
