Abstract
The solution delivery system focuses on creating the new ideas and alternatives for satisfying
the demand raised by the participating units of the project. The effectiveness of the proposed
solution can be measured with the satisfaction level of the customers in relation to the project
productivity. The comparison of the literature review and current practices used by the
organization for the solution development and delivery system we found that the agile
methodology is the most preferred technology for initializing the baseline requirement of the
customers to provide effective product with quality standards.

be measured with the satisfaction level of the customers in relation to the project productivity
(Harris and Wild, 2013). The operational plan and quality of product can be improved by
having a clear understanding of the sophisticated requirement values placed by the
stakeholders. The functionality of the system can be acceptable if it is capable of providing
the effective product with the completion of the project life cycle. The pitfalls in the final
outcome of the project can requires an inclusion of change management in the operational
efficiency of the enterprise. The requirement baseline which is provided by the customers
should be achieved by the proposed solution. The solution development life cycle works on
providing different alternating solution to choose best suitable to acquire the project
objective, mission, and goal of the business unit effectively. The suitability of the solution
increases the level of confidence of the stakeholders which in turn results in increasing the
return on investment and profitability ratio of the enterprise. The following diagram shows
