INTRODUCTION
The present tasks provides information on resolving a work
based problem.
Different levels required to be communicated in different
styles.
Effective time management strategies can be used for
managing the work on time.

WORK BASED PROBLEMS
Book keeper of Amey construction was facing
problems in getting the books back from employees
and no individual was ready to pay penalty fee for
day
The situation continued till 1.5 months.
After which the keeper announced a serious action due
to which many issue raised and situation got
worsened

Resolving
work-based problem
A work based problem of mis-communication can be resolved
through various ways. These have been discussed below:
Be creative
The work based problem of communication in company is
resolved by creating new strategies of effective
communication between employees and bookkeeper by
management.
The process involved seeking for innovative options and
alternatives for solving the problem.

Delegate
 This is another method through which a work based
problem can be solved.
 The problem of miscommunication can be resolved by
between book keeper and employees by delegating the
responsibility to two people at different levels of Amey
Road stone Construction Company.
Analyse
 This is another method of solving the work based problem.
 The issue of miscommunication can be resolved by
analysing the situation to the ground level and identifying
the root cause of miscommunication.

Communication Styles
Preparing solution of work based problems is not
sufficient because it also needs to be implement in proper
manner at the workplace.
Two ways are adopted by Amey construction company
which are given below:
Negotiation
Presentation

Negotiation
In this process solution both the
parties involved in conflict will
participate that is bookkeeper
and employee to resolve issue
with mutual understanding.
If it is identified that they are not
satisfied with the solution then
in that case an attempt is made to
find out point where consensus
can be built with them.
It is the most used strategy in
company for resolving issue.

Presentation
 It is another effective way of communication as under
this stage presentation is prepared under which solution
of work based problem is communicated to both
parties.
 In this regard simply meeting is conducted under which
there is presence of top managers and middle level
managers as well as aggrieved entities.
 After presentation comments are received from both
parties over problems and solutions.
 If anyone have any sort of issue then same is solved by
following particular approach.

Time management strategies
Various time management strategies are used for managing
the work. These include prioritization, scheduling and
delegating.
Though, the use id time management depends on the project
that is being undertaken, the following strategies can be
used:
Prioritization
The various tasks are arranged in priority order.
Often this comprises of categorizing the tasks as important
and urgent.

Scheduling
In this management will set some rules and regulation for
book keeper and employees in regards to issuing and
submission of books on time.
Delegating
This strategy involved delegating the work to other
responsible people of Amey Road stone Construction
Company in order to manage all the function of
bookkeeping on time.

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded for solving work based problem between
book keeper and employees, management used three styles
that is creative, delegating and analysing.
A variety of communication styles can be used for
communicating at different levels of Amey construction
company.
The problems is further resolved by negotiation and
presentation styles.
Time management is established by using strategies such as
Prioritization, scheduling and delegating.
