in conducting positive impact through considering diversifying culture for business
environment. The organization derives this issue and problem in work environment as their
scope is culture helps in providing better environment for business and emphasize effective role
through working in the best manner. It also influences business in both positive and negative

Alternative: finding the alternative is one of the most important part in decision-making process
which means finding the reason behind such problem. If an business find that underpaid is the
