Task 2:
Here in this task a few topics have been provided on which the author is required to choose
one topic. The topic that has been chosen by the author is Rise in globalism does not mean
the end for nationalism. It has been observed there many events that took place recently on
global platform ha clearly demonstrated the fact whether rise in globalization puts an end to
nationalism. The article that has been chosen for this purpose has surveyed people over 60
countries. The responses that have been collected as clearly stated the fact that more than 80
percent of the respondents have strongly ascertained the fact that they identify themselves
with global nation. However there has been a contradiction to the statement where it has been
noted that confusion arises due to the idea of selfless citizens. It has been observed that more
than 70 percent of people have said that they are proud to belong from their nation. It has
been observed while writing a paragraph on this it has been inferred that recent events that
took place suggest that a nationalist backslash to globalization is on the peak. It has been
observed that confusion is created because of the idea of a selfless international citizen (The
Conversation, 2019). Thus, it can be said that even in the rise on globalization cannot put
nationalism to an end.
Task 4:
A survey that has recently been conducted by PwC that 88% new employees want to work for
a company whose values is reflected on their own. This does not ends here it has been
observed that not less than 86 percent of the new employees would surpass all their limits to
take into account the fact that abandoning an employer whose corporate responsibility does
not meet the expectations of the millennial. This research has clearly explained the fact that
young millennial is seeking for personal fulfillment of their career. As a result this has helped

them to reshape their workplace. This action of the employees that the employer is not able to
afford pay lip service to important issues such as gender gap, sustainability and gender
equality in the workplace. It is important for them to tackle such issues actively. The main
purpose of the employees is to lead the business are up to three times more productive than
the average workforce employed in the workplace. When the workers know that they are
contributing massively in the fulfillment of the purpose of the business they become more
energetic and enthusiastic. It has been observed in this article that if someone wants to have a
business that truly motivates and encourages them then they are required to work together
under a common vision. Shareholders and owner of the organization expect a return and this
is an inevitable fact. There should be some motivating factors present in the organization
which will motivate them to come to the office.
Task 5:
It has been observed that in the current era all the functions that are performed by human
beings will be soon replace by machines. More than 90 percent of the task that includes
human labor will be automated in the next 45 years. It has been observed that till now the
tasks that require human labor will be performed by machines in the coming decades. It has
been speculated that machines performs faster than human being. It has the capacity to
outperform human beings. Near about 350 articles on artificial intelligence has acted as a
testament to this fact. It has been envisaged that soon the labors will become expertise IoI
however machines are predicted to perform better than human labor by translating multiple
languages. This is expected to happen by the year 2024. It has been observed and expected by
people that machines will be used for writing an essay, will be employed in the retail industry
and will be used as bestselling books by the year 2049. It has also been expected by people

that by the year 2053 machines will be used in surgery purposes. It has been observed that all
the works performed by human beings will be automated in the next 120 years.
