Introduction
Critically analyzing the effectiveness of human resource commitment towards
organizational practices, the articles have shed light on different adaptive nature of the
organizations. The purpose of this study is to critically analyze student response and highlight
the findings so that the further research scopes can be increased. Identifying the research
limitations, at the end of this study recommendations have been provided.

Organizational commitment towards the Human resource practices can be considered as
the important process for reducing the negative organizational environment as well as ensuring
the positive growth the workplace (Collis and Hussey 2013).
Similarities and differences
In the first article, the role of HR has been mentioned as the proactive part of business
operations. The major similarity in between the article and responds is here the implementation
process of formalized HR practices have been considered as the major priority in organizational
operations. However, the major dissimilarity is here understanding the relationship between
organizational commitments towards HR activities specifically in Konya Turkey. I believe, the

and the managers of Seta have been participated in the interview process. Depending on different
parameters such as training, job skills, strategic communication, Performance feedbacks,
behavioral characteristics of individuals and interaction facilitation have been considered as the
important influential factor for driving the organizational performance (Collis and Hussey 2013).
Analyzing different journals, internet sources and research articles it has been identified that
based on the development of effective strategies, HR practices can be properly implemented in
Seta. From the collected information, it has been identified that in case of implementing the
formalized HR practices, proper contribution of local community is required.
Research limitation
Analyzing the research, it can be said that the entire research has been developed
depending on three articles, however due to the vast area of Human resource management, more
secondary research could have been done for strengthening the content. By continuing this it can
also be said that lack of statistical data and unclear information regarding the HR practices, it can
be tough for the learner to understand its authenticity.

In this study, it can be concluded that, in order to drive the organizational operations,
effective human resource activities are important. Analyzing the issues in the research, it can be
recommended that new model should be introduced as depending on the situation the HR
implementation needs may change. On the other hand, it can also be suggested that more
statistical information need to be included in the research paper for maintaining its authenticity.
