INTRODUCTION
Southend Airport is an international aviation centre which is located in the district of
Rochford, England. It is the third engaged airport in London which is executed under the Civil
Aviation Authority (Whalen, 2018). The reason behind this research is to highlight these issues
as well as to make proper decisions which will help in raising the operational practices of such
entities. The developments made at the Southend Airport has a huge amount of monetary
investments which are affecting the local industries such as Councils and people who constantly
uses flights to travel.
METHODOLOGY
The researcher will use secondary data in order to carry out the research study. The data
will be acquired from internet, books, journals and articles proposed by senior researchers and

counter and screening systems (Taylor, 2017). Development of the Southend airport results in
providing plenty of employment opportunities to local people.

The local people have to deal with issues such as airport noise, traffic and other
problems. Thus, it increases their stress level as well as frustration level. As Southend is a small
town in London, it was difficult for the management to get skilled employees from the same

flights which in turn affect in having the high rush at the airports. The development of airports in
United Kingdom begins with Brexit impact. It provides ample of revenue and benefits the
national economy of the country (Taylor, 2017). Therefore, in accordance with the
organisational capacity firm is having more than 150 employees over the crafts as well as more
than 500 employees in direct operational services at the airport. It has incurred various
regeneration operations which are helping them in having the appropriate numbers of flights,
passengers as well as capital growth.
