HR problems in Southwest Airlines
The South West Airlines is known to have been facing a number of problems in terms of
the management of the human resources that are present within the company. The concerned
company faces issues due to the lack of the proper training and the lack of proper recruitment in
the given scenarios. The other issue that has been bothering the company refers to the increase in
the cost of the operations as are presented within the internal operations of the company. The
lack in the proper availability of the concerned staff have been leading to the demotivation
among the concerned staff as well. This in turn has been affecting the overall performance of the
given airlines as well.
HRM problems in LCC
There have been a huge number of issues that are faced by the low-cost carriers that are
operational in the international markets. The low-cost carriers are known to have been facing
issues in the international markets due to the increase in the cost of the production that is faced
by the concerned airlines. There has also been issues due to the decrease in the number of
employees who have been serving the given organizations. The lack in the skilled staff and the
number of employees who have been enrolled in the payroll of the company has been leading to
various issues in terms of the operations of the companies that has been operational in the
international markets.
