INTRODUCTION
Modern space tourism has become a major field of scientific debate and discussion and the
industry is on the way to achieve major future growth which is evident by seeing the public
interest in space travel and exploration. Movie franchises such as Star Wars grossing upwards of
50 Billion lifetime gross are some of the major examples of space travel and exploration going
mainstream in public domain. This report will consist of a conference proposal pack for
Blackhole Explorations which will be based around future of space tourism and the design
structures of space tourism such as dedicated spaceships and hotels and a suitcase.

It is a well-known fact that the space tourism industry has slowly become a viable
alternative to space travel and is no longer a farfetched dream. Companies like SpaceX has made
major progress in pioneering reusable rocket technology and firms like Virgin Atlantic and Blue
Origin making heavy commitment and investment towards suborbital travel. These
developments along with major space manufacturing and research companies have come up with
various ideas and designs which make the possibility of space travel for ordinary citizens who
are not uber wealthy a reality in the future. Blackhole Explorations is one such company which is
a new venture in the field of commercial space travel and tourism which is aiming to build major
network communication and awareness about the industry with the help of a major conference.

The area which will be selected for this conference will be the future of space travel and
exploration which will feature major submissions and displays of space travel and exploration
oriented designs and future possibilities of space travel. A major reason as to why this area has
bene chosen is that both corporate and public interest in the sector is at an all-time high which is
evident from major statistical studies which estimate the space tourism and travel industry to be
at USD 652 Million as of 2021 with growth projections labelling USD 9.35 Billion as of 2030.
The conference for Blackhole Explorations holds promise of major future growth as the sector is
growing at an astounding CGR of 37.5% from 2022 to 2030.

Up until now, space travel for the purpose of recreation and entertainment was a practice
reserved for the people who had enormous levels of wealth but with the entry of major players

profit making potential for the company through the conference as this area of space tourism has

The conference plan is to showcase, debate and discuss about various avenues about
space tourism and exploration in the immediate future such as space debris, satellite
production and remote monitoring, space mining, space tourism and space manufacturing.
This conference plan will be executed using various communication styles and this will
provide the company initially with a lot of options for the conference and a lot of varied
technical sessions associated with proper keynote speakers.
Other major reasons due to which this area of space tourism and exploration is going to be
the focal point of this conference is that it will allow Blackhole Explorations to build major
networking capabilities across the space industry by allowing people to showcase their designs
and even invite public submissions. It will also help the company attract more footfall by
incorporating famous keynote speakers and obtain valuable sponsors to make this conference a
profitable venture.
In order to develop the conference on future of space exploration, the following proposal has
been developed after going through a series of meetings and networking with various companies

 There will be a conference dinner on the final day of the conference which will be an
open buffet featuring multiple cousins to reflect the diversity and inclusion of guests from
various walks and backgrounds of life.
 There will be multiple breaks after each workshop and technical sessions for all the
guests. Both the workshop and technical sessions will be 1-hour long
