The industry who is responsible for providing services to the travellers are considered as
tourism industry (Ma and Tang, 2022). There are certain operations which an tourism industry
has to perform in order to provide a better experience to visitors. Tourism industry is the growing
and profit making industry. With the growth in this industry the economy of the country is

ecological conditions, making contribution towards economy, employment generation and
enhancing profit (Nhamo, Dube and Chikodzi, 2020). In order to make optimum utilisation or
effective use of natural resources and keeping them safe and secure for the next generations
certain principles were formulated. With the enhancement in the importance of socio- culture
concept the sustainable industry is able to grow and operate for longer duration of time frame.
With this it helps in reducing the waste which is consumed at extreme level (Oad and ET. AL.,
2022). The unnecessary cost could also be reduced with the help of sustainable development.
The natural biodiversity could also be developed and maintained for a longer duration of time.
The sustainable tourism have able to support the local community of country with this they will
get employment opportunity and will able to make good relations with travellers and enhance the
experience of tourism. By having a lot of tourism the profit is increasing and the government is
taking initiative towards it's development. A proper and separate budget has being decided by
government for taking action towards the development of sustainable tourism. As it's making a
huge contribution towards the economy and growth of economy. In order to make growth and
development in sustainable tourism, the government of Spain has make there involvement. With
this, due to Covid – 19 pandemic the tourism industry was affected a lot, after it's re-oping
certain measures were taken by government in order to protect and make the local Community
feel safe.
Paragraph – 2
Stakeholders in tourism industry are the people of community who are directly or
indirectly involved affecting it's functioning. In order to conduct all the activities of tourism
industry smoothly and enhances efficiency their involvement plays a vital role (Saarinen, 2019).
To enhance customer experience and satisfaction it's important to understanding attitude,
behaviour and perception of visitors. The three most important stakeholders of tourism industry
are public sector, private sector and voluntary sector. The public sector involves the polices
framed by government in order to make improvement in tourism industry. For the sake of
environmental protection government of Spain has framed certain policies which is mandatory to
be followed by local as well as national and international visitors (Sghaier and ET. AL., 2019).

also focuses towards building new attractive and innovative infrastructures to enhance visitors
engagement (Sharma and Rao, 2018)). The public sector is now involved in handling or
outsourcing it's projects to private sector in order to make optimum utilisation of the available
resources. Private sector uses the latest and upgraded technology which helps in enhancing their
productivity and they used innovative and creative ideas in businesses (Singh and Munjal, 2021).
They are making use of technological tools to improve experience and satisfaction of travellers.
With this, they make uses of different marketing tools through which customer attain an be
garbed. The number of offers and holiday packages decided by them are cost effective as well as
affordable for customer, which is enhancing customer attention. For the sake of increasing
tourism in native country, their support is must. The voluntary sector also puts it's best efforts to
prevent environment and natural biodiversity. They also makes plans for the development of
tourism industry. All this is creating a huge employment opportunities which helps in rising the
standard of living of citizens of Spain. This motivates the citizens of host country to take
initiative in the improvement and development of tourism industry.
Paragraph – 3
There are certain factors which are affecting sustainable tourism positively as well as
negatively towards the development of suitable tourism of Spain (Sorokin and ET. AL., 2021).
With attaining the second position of top most visitors of Europe government is taking a lot of
initiation towards it's development. A huge among of fund is kept separated for making
development of infrastructure of Spain along with they are spending a lot on improving
transportation facilities in order to provided better experience to visitors. Government of Spain is
also involved in ensuring safety of the visitors. By sending a huge amount on all these activities
the government charges a high rate of tax from tourism industry which makes it costly. In the
Covid – 19 pandemic situation, tourism industry was affected badly in order to strengthen them
again to overcome from this situation, government was reduced tax rates imposed on them. This
results in attaining focus of lot of travellers and get back of normal conditions. Tourism industry
of Spain is involved in producing a lot of employment opportunities which helps in rising living
standard of their citizens by providing them source of earning. With increase in growth of
tourism industry the local citizens of Spain will start paying more attention & respect towards
their culture and they will be able to understand culture of different nation. This helps in
understanding needs and wants of people residing in other country and can start producing goods

as per their requirements which helps in availing large visitors (Vaduva, Echevarria-Cruz and
Takacs, 2020). The local citizens of Spain will be involved in identifying innovative and creative
ways for producing goods and services. With the rise in demand will provide a good hike in the
prices of products and services provided by local commoditises which will simultaneously affect
purchasing power citizens of Spain. By having a lot of tourism in a county results in increasing
population of citizen for a period of time. The environmental issues such as increase in pollution
and over consumption of natural resource are seems to be negative impacts of having over
population due to rapid increase in tourism industry. As the tourism industry in growing rapidly
the involvement of technology in this sector seems to be used frequently to improve experience
of customs and make them feel satisfied. The technological tool such as voice recognition and
map negotiations were used to find out the direction of destination where the visitors has to visit.
This improves the experience of customs as they are able to get a rough idea of the place they
wants to visit. With the use of technology it's possible for tourism industry to reduce unnecessary
cost and make optimum utilisation of available resources but a lot of people become unemployed
as they are not aware about the functioning of these technology. Along with government, local
people are also involved in making proper efforts to protect natural biodiversity but huge visitors
disturbs the species residing with the natural habitats. So, in order the government of Spain
should consider all the above mention factor by taking decisions regarding tourism industry.
Paragraph – 4
Spain is most popularly know of it's beautiful villages and natural sceneries, this seeks
customer attention (Yas and ET. AL., 2020). Along with this, during Covid – 19 pandemic or
any situation arises due to recession the performance to tourism industry declines. In order to
influence visitors to visit host country along with it converting them into repeated customers its
important to make them feel motivated. There are two ways to make them feel motivated either
by Intrinsic factor or by Extrinsic factor. By understanding perception and behaviour of tourism
it become easy to attain focus of visitors. To understand their behaviour Maslow's hierarchy of
needs is applies such as by understand their emotional needs social need is fulfilled. With this, it
better to listen and observe the visitors to understand them. By providing them attractive offers
and rewards their esteem need it's being fulfilled. The stakeholders involved in management of
tourism industry make segregation of customers on behave of customers income, age and class.
This will make easy for stakeholders to pitch the customers. The visitors will also be feel

satisfied when they get affordable travelling package and the place and facilities they want to
avail is considered as first priority. The motivation of customers depends on the experience the
visitors receives by visiting that particular place. The tourism industry attracts visitors by
providing affordable as well as luxurious hotel facilities as per the income of people. With this,
the destination the visitors wants to visit is being decided as per the budget make the customer
satisfy and motivates to revisit the place. The amount fun or enjoyment availed by the visitor
decided the motivation of customers. Taking decision related to destination also determines
satisfaction level of travellers because it should be decided as per the age group. The people
involved in deciding destination can't pitch same place to travellers belonging to different are
groups. So all these factors influence the motivation of visitors.
